The Fantasy Sports PR app is an initiative that binds the sports fan of Puerto Rico's professional leagues even more. Through the application, fans will have the opportunity to compete against their friends or other fans, in this case the BSN. Each person can own the franchises they created using the players who are signed at the time of the season.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every week we met with the Haipriority team to see all the progress during the course of the development of the app. They are well responsible and organized since they met all the deadlines and developed a high-quality product for us.

Haipriority, as it says in its brand name, the customer is always its highest priority. This is how we felt during the development of the Fantasy Sports PR app. From the beginning of the project we established all the deadlines and in all of them they were responsible and met them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The energy and passion with which they work were impressive. It's lovely and motivating to work with people like that. Haipriority is a group that stands out for its great energy and passion in working with its clients by providing them with the best care. My experience with them was delightful, from the beginning they presented us with a well-organized work plan regarding what the development of the Fantasy Sports PR app was going to be.
Every week we met with them to highlight all the progress made, which gave me a lot of trust in them and confidence that the product is of spectacular quality. Anyway, the product was amazing and I recommend Haipriority to anyone who wants to create an app for their business.

I was really delighted with Haipriority, I have no complaints.

Haipriority team worked in software development with the Guarike team, helping us build a more structure platform. This platform also helped us with the client as it was more forward for the client. One of the most important deliverable was a multi-tenant database and platform so we could work with multiple client at the same time.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of Ventetú, a mobile application that helps users have a better experience while booking their preferred courts. This app will help users connect with each other and always find people to play their favorite sports.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Haipriority, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a mobile app that will overall help people organize themselves in a time saving manner. We hired Haipriority as we identified that they had the resources to support our goals and the ability to deliver a complete product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to team up with Haipriority based on their willingness to help in every detail we discussed prior to starting the project. I felt that I could trust them based on a couple of conversations and gut instinct. I identified that we shared similar values and goals for the people of Puerto Rico.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had various meetings where we discussed what were our key objectives and how we will prioritize tasks in order to complete the project. Haipriority was given wireframes and a complete design of the project and delivered our MVP website at 7 weeks. They continued to fix some troubleshooting bugs of the webapp while developing the mobile app.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

For this project, Haipriority assigned someone to oversee the progress of the team and make sure they met our established goals in a timely manner. We have weekly meetings we’re they give status updates about the tasks done the prior week and those assigned for the current week. Back-end developers attend these meetings to answer technical questions that might arise.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launching the webapp we’ve had a fair share of users. We expect to have more users interact with the mobile app once fully launched.

The transparency of the team is admirable, they often communicate their results, setbacks and expectations at our weekly meetings. It is very easy to reach them to consult important updates or requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’m very impressed by their professionalism. Their willingness to help our team reach our goals by delivering on their tasks has been phenomenal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest including written reports of status updates.
