I 'm the webmaster of a call center measurement consulting company. I'm in charge of SEO, email marketing, website design, advertising and analytics. SQM group has been around for over 25 years.

We started with increasing our traffic by 30% by using a google adwords discovery campaign, Then we followed with editing page content to include missing keywords. Followed by working on page speed and analytics. lastly we worked on meta tags and creating more crawlable content.

Chris has been a pleasure to work with year after year, and Corey has always been extremely reliable if there are any issues. The staff’s personality and passion made working with Gustin Quon really worthwhile.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I sometimes felt that Chris was pulled in so many directions that there was a delay in his communication with us at times. That’s of no fault to him, but I found it telling of his workload.
