Raghav and Aviral are a highly talented and efficient development team and Shreeya kept the project moving along as our project manager. The team is proactive and creative in problem-solving, presenting solutions when they hit challenges during the project. I appreciated that they were sensitive to my request to handle client information confidentially while still allowing us to tap into AI resources.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is client-oriented and committed to quality and enabling clients to run projects independently after the projects wrap up. That is a diamond in an industry that makes money off retainers. I suspect other bids would have been higher with reworks and lack of experience and understanding of our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growwstacks Automation could have done differently?

While my project was relatively simple, Growwstacks would benefit from more formal tech project management processes such as sprints, stage-gates/milestone setting and tracking and PM meeting recaps for larger projects. For my project, I enjoyed the less formal and flexible approach.

We intergrated ring central into lofty so when calls are made in ring central they are documented into lofty (real estate CRM) with the call recording.

Increased appointment rate by 15% with all the call & text history syncing to our CRM.

They completed everything on time, and the API integration worked flawlessly from day one. Since implementing it, the improved data synchronization with our CRM has helped increase our appointment rate. We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a reliable and talented company, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Growwstacks was hired to build a custom invoice pricing automation system for supplier invoices. The goal was to extract invoice data, compare prices, detect changes, and create a reliable price database.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main goal was accuracy 98% + and items which werent accurate it has to let us know they are not accurate . This was business-critical because incorrect invoice data can lead to wrong pricing decisions. I made it clear before starting that if the system was unsure, it should flag the entry for manual review rather than produce wrong data.
