I’m the founder of Digifrills, an IT company. We provide digital marketing solutions, helping businesses enhance their online presence through services like social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Growtak to accomplish for Digifrills?

We brought on Growthmak to design and run a performance-focused digital marketing system for Digifrills. Our primary goals were to increase qualified inbound leads, improve our ROAS, and establish a repeatable process for scaling our online revenue.

Can you describe the scope of work Growtak handled for this project?

Growthmak managed our full performance marketing funnel end to end. Their scope covered initial strategy and funnel design, paid media setup and management (including campaigns across Meta and Google), creative asset production and ad copywriting, landing page recommendations, conversion tracking implementation, and ongoing weekly optimization.The main deliverables included a performance marketing strategy, live ad campaigns with multiple creative variants, tracking and analytics dashboards, and regular performance reports with concrete experiments and next-step recommendations.

How did you come to work with Growtak?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other digital marketing agencies because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We spent around $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During our engagement with Growthmak, we saw a significant increase in qualified inbound leads and a meaningful drop in our cost per lead. Over the course of the project, our monthly qualified leads grew by around 60%, while our CPL decreased by approximately 35%. We also saw an uplift in conversion from lead to opportunity, and several of our new high-value customers can be directly attributed to the campaigns they ran. Over the course of the engagement, our lead-to-opportunity conversion rate improved from around 12% to roughly 20%. In that period, we also acquired 4–5 high-value customers that we can directly attribute to Growthmak campaigns, which together represent a meaningful share of the new revenue generated during the project.Beyond the immediate numbers, we now have a more predictable, data-driven performance marketing setup with proper tracking and reporting in place, which is a big step forward for us.

How did Growtak perform from a project management standpoint?

Growthmak’s project management was very organized and transparent. They set clear timelines, kept us updated on progress through regular check-ins, and were quick to communicate whenever something needed our input. Overall, they delivered work on time and were flexible enough to adjust priorities when we needed to move fast on certain campaigns.Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The most impressive part of working with Growthmak is how they combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They didn’t just run ads; they deeply understood our business, proactively brought new test ideas, and treated our budget like their own. Their team felt like an extension of ours — responsive, data-driven, and genuinely invested in helping us hit our growth targets.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Growthmak work, and our feedback is more about refinement than major gaps. At times, we would have liked an even faster pace of experimentation on creatives and audiences, along with more structured documentation of learnings that we could easily reference internally. That said, they were always open to feedback, and we could see them actively incorporating our suggestions as the engagement progressed.
