We opened our fast food and pizza truck, so we needed a new website to better represent our business and menu to our customers. The website had to contain, our menu, the benefits of our pizzas, our location, and an opportunity to contact us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we changed our location, we really needed this website to show our customers that we are now in a more attractive location and offer more options for delicious pizza. With our new website, our visitors have increased as well as our average cost per pizza order. As our customers build their own pizza, they now order more toppings and therefore the average cost per order has increased.

Growkal delivered this website really fast. We were in a hurry because we had to change the location unexpectedly. They understood our need and did their best to deliver this website for less than a month. We were in contact all the time, to make sure everything was going on time.

We had a kick-off meeting where we described our requirements, Growkal understood our challenges and built an action plan. They designed a mock-up of the website in Figma, after we reviewed and made a few small chnages, we moved forward to development. After 30 working days, we had a business ready website with modern and stylish outlook.

We worked only with the company owner - Kala - who was the project manager of this project and was responsible for everything on our end.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we received a few positive feedbacks from our customers who mentioned that our website looks very nice and it's very easy to use. We also see an increase in organic traffic and bigger conversion rate.

Everything was going on time, when we had anything to comment or rework we talked on the phone, or used Google Meet when we had a particular issue.

After just a few meetings discussing our goals, we received 3 fantastic design proposals. Once we chose a theme they finalized the design. Then we spoke again and decided how we wanted the rest of the site to look. The site was completed much quicker than we expected.

We worked directly with the owner of the company, very experienced and professional in every aspect of his work.

The manager of Growkal, Kaloyan, is my personal friend. That's why he was NOT my first choice. We firstly hired an agency from France, they did the design and the code, but it was in vue.js and that wasn't working for us. We tasked Kaloyan to run the website with WordPress.

The scope was to integrate an existing design into the WordPress frame, so we can manage the website on our own. We are an early stage startup and cannot testify with any measurables, but my colleagues and I are delighted with the result. I hate working with friends and avoid it at any cost, furthermore leaving positive reviews for them. However, Kaloyan did a great job.

After we launched the website and Google ads, we saw a huge increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month.
On top of that we were focused on more valuable customers which really matters.

We had weekly stand-ups with their project managers during the web development, who communicates the changes with the rest of the team. Now we have monthly meetings in accordance with our google ads. In the meantime, we are using Slack to communicate more effectively.
