We lost so much time in manually entering the leads data and managing it end to end. It was hectic and we lost the track of data. Hence, we decided to build an easy-to-use in-house tool for the representatives to manage leads and support tickets. Our goals was to manage all the data effectively and easily as per our criteria, and track the progress.

We are a very young company and we did our fair share of research before associating with any company. We found Groovy Technoweb on Clutch and also through word of mouth. The comments were promising. After making an inquiry, their response was quick and friendly, and the rates were within in our budget. Without any further delay, we kick-started.

We have two models

1. Sales of Equipment 
2. Service of Equipment.

In order to manage both, we thought web application and mobile application would be better for the reps to manage the entries from the office and field. But, Groovy Technoweb suggested using PWA instead as it was for internal use with access restricted based on roles. With proper guidance, PWA can be used well and the efforts can be saved. We liked that approach and went ahead with it.

We were allocated a dedicated team. An Analyst and a Designer for the first few weeks and the team of developers comprising of 4 members were allocated. In the last few weeks, QA team was included for thorough quality testing.

We wanted a minimalist design as it was just to manage things easily and effectively. Our message was clearly conveyed and a very easy-to-use PWA solution was delivered to us within the promised timeline. Right amount of effort were given for the right tasks and that's why we like this team. We informed them that our involvement will be very limited and only for a few hours in a week. Without much of our involvement, They understood our needs and market and delivered the best outcomes.

Project management was very straightforward and maintained on Trello. We were given access to keep a track but we could hardly do that. We relied completely on the team leader and the team members our trust was maintained through and through.

To save our time, the Communication was kept brief and direct as we were mostly occupied with our work and we were kept in the loop for every progress. There were demo sessions once in two weeks to show the progress. The communication style was designed particularly keeping our interests in mind.

Friendly approach, understanding towards our requirements, responsible attitude, pocket-friendly services, and on-time quality delivery.

To be honest, we haven't found anything that we would suggest them to change. They came true to our expectations and that's what we needed. Take less of our time and deliver as per expectations.

They analyzed the high level scope and requirements and provided us cost breakdown with milestones for all phases of the project in a short time frame.

We provided Groovy Web with our scope and high level requirements with few screen layouts. After initial discussion with Krunal about the requirements, a project plan was created and a dedicated team was assigned to work on the project. We had few sessions with our project lead Rahul, and ensured the team had a comprehensive understanding of the scope and requirements. After the analysis phase, a detailed milestone proposal was agreed upon before the design and implementation phase. The Project includes few components including iOS app, Android app and Admin Panel. The mobile app is written in React Native with NodeJS as backend and the solution is hosted in Digital Ocean Cloud platform.

Project lead Rahul was assigned as our point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, we interacted with UX designers and two senior full-stack developers.

The initial version of the app has been released recently and we have received positive feedback about the screen design, features and usability.

The team were always willing to go the extra mile to help solve any complex problems they encountered during the delivery phase. Rahul's expertise as project lead has also immensely helped deliver the project milestones in the agreed time frame. I highly recommend Mr. Rahul as a Delivery Lead and look forward to working with him on new project initiatives.

The scope of work was very clear and detailed from my end. We had multiple platforms, including Admin Panel, Professional Web Panel, User Web Panel, Landing Page, Mobile App for Professional to manage appointments. I loved the project approach by Groovy;

They used a Hybrid Waterfall and Agile to create a detailed milestone structure. I was seeing progress every week and having frequent calls on skype with Project Lead. They delivered Everything that I asked them to, and the Platform went live on a Cloud server, and Apps were released on the Play and App store.

Team composition was great, and I had access to all team members in the skype group. In addition, the project Lead was very calm and honest and was available whenever I requested them to do a call.

I wanted to go with Serverless architecture, so we use Firebase Functions to achieve that. The technologies used were modern and performing very well at the moment.

There were 5-6 resources in total, including Project Lead, Senior React Developer, Senior React Native Developer, QA, and Juniors. The team was fantastic.
