Greenwise Consulting demonstrated effective project management throughout the "Development of Private Sector Engagement Strategy" project. Here are key aspects of their project management and responsiveness:

• Timely Delivery of Deliverables: Greenwise Consulting adhered to the established timeline for deliverables. The situational analysis report was delivered by March 15, 2024, as scheduled. The final private sector engagement strategy report is on track for completion by the target date in June 2024. Whereas, the report is lil bit late, not because of the consultant, but because waiting the feedback from the ministry/
• Quality and Consistency: The reports and presentations were prepared with clarity, accuracy, and consistency, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, following GGGI’s formatting guidelines. This attention to detail ensured that all stakeholders could understand and utilize the information effectively.
• Responsiveness to Needs: Greenwise Consulting maintained regular check-ins and a flexible schedule to address any emerging needs or concerns promptly. Their open communication channels ensured that any issues were quickly identified and resolved, facilitating smooth project progression.

This deep understanding of the climate finance landscape, including multilateral and bilateral funds and the Green Climate Fund mechanism, was instrumental in developing a robust private sector engagement strategy.
