Greensihhter team started the project from the research. The first deliverable was about analyzing our data and highlighting weak points of our mobile app. After the research they work on client onboarding. Where people interact with our app for the first time. We aimed to increase sign ups. To grow our users.

Greensihhter team designed and developed new onboarding. Next we focused on the app itself. By analyzing features, existing solutions and new design directions. In this phase we designed new screens and added some key features such as sending notes to the email, new appealing widgets for app etccc

• Increased the conversion rate in the app. After the redesign of the app we landed new users. ~70% conversion rate.
• We also increased the quantity of paid users. 
• Overall the new design made trust and landed new paid users.

I think no, as we planned and discussed each step before starting doing it. There were small misunderstandings in the mobile app development part, but luckily we discussed and clarified all.
