We wanted to improve our online presence, get more customers, and fix our very old and outdated website that wasn't working.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired GreenFlow SEM Digital Marketing to rebuild our website, run Google Ads and Meta Ads, handle SEO, grow our social media, and help us attract more customers. GreenFlow SEM Digital Marketing has rebuilt our entire website, created new landing and service pages, fixed all tracking, and optimized our local SEO and Google My Business (GMB). The team also manages our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media content and has set up automations to handle Facebook leads more efficiently.

We've seen more customers visiting the restaurant, stronger online visibility, higher engagement on social media, and steady growth in our ads' performance. We consistently get catering leads on Facebook for under $10, our social media engagement has increased a lot, and our ads bring in customers at a low cost. Our website traffic and GMB visibility have increased noticeably after working with GreenFlow SEM Digital Marketing. We've seen a clear increase in our GMB visibility, with strong growth in profile views, searches, and interactions after working with GreenFlow SEM Digital Marketing. Our calls, menu views, and overall engagement have all improved noticeably. We've seen around 2,000–3,000 GMB interactions per month, over 1,500 calls, and more than 2,500 menu views in six months. Mr. Kohnouri's first task was to assist us with choosing the right name for our website.   Once that was decided, we showed the style of website we were looking for and Mr. Kohnojri ran with it.    He saw our vision and made it so much better than we could have imaged.  It is sleek, uncluttered, and very modern looking.   The feature we most love about his design is the use of these sliding before/after pictures which showcases our shop's work perfectly.  He also helped with getting our pages all indexed on Google and is working on optimizing our exposure on Google searches.

The lauch of our beautiful, sleek professional website is our measure of success!!!

Mr. Kohnoui delivered everything quicker than expected.   For each new development of the site he gave us the opportunity to preview it and made any changes.   He was very receptive to all of our requests and made the updates immediately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Quite frequently when dealing with computer programming, websites, search engines, etc.  it can be over whelming and the people you rely upon to help with issues in these areas can be condenscending and arrogant.  Mr. Kohnouri was just the opposite of this.  He answered all of our concerns and questions in layman terms and always explained where he was in his process.   He is extremly easy to work with and completely eliminated any intimidation.
