See below for the formal work done by Green Hat and their team.  They have been remarkable in that I have a very unique niche buiness in Boulder, Colorado.  I have to stand out, above the rest in a very competitive marketplace.  I had a webiste and logo that was 25 years old, and need to switch that up to look fresh and modern.  Not only were they able to really listen and hear what I was after, they delivered a very personalized end product.  I am very happy with.  I also started my "remodel" of my website and look in one direction, and mid way, or maybe even 3/4 of the way in, I changed my business model.  They were just great at pivoting, they really got me, and what I was going for.  There was no judgement in the change of direction, just a strong positive meeting and then went for it.  They are not just really creative and professional, but I really like them, they are really nice, good people.  Ryan has been amazing to work with, always available and has a very unique ability to capitalize on my strengths, and has been very encouraging.  I can't recommend them highly enough.  They will not disappoint.

Ryan has been incredible.  Available.  And hearing me, and is a really good communicator.  If things got going and there was a miss in communication, he was able to round up his team, add all of us  in the correspondence, and clear anything that felt like it may be heading a different direction.  He was a great leader for his people  They have delivered on time for me.  Everyone is super professional.  Their response to my needs was an availability to communicate.  They really made it about me.  I felt seen, heard, valued, and the end result shows this.  I am proud to have people see what I do for a living.

I don't think so.  This is a very creative process.  They were really good about estimating cost, and then going sort of one step at at time.  I wanted all hands on deck, and that is what I got.

Back in 2021 during a board meeting, it came to our awareness that our website wasn't functioning as desired. We also realized our former web administrator was pursuing a different career route. Given this, we started to search for a new service provider to upgrade our site while improving its look and functionality.

Green Hat Web Solutions has redesigned our previously existing website and fixed hosting and functionality issues. It successfully migrated our website to WordPress and redesigned our website.

Since the initial contact with Green Hat was initially conducted by the former president of our organization, I am not clear about the earlier communication and details of the work flow. But when I took over the communication with Greenhat in 2022, Ryan (CEO) has been very responsive to our needs and have facilitated our communication with his team in delivering the service that we requested.

Overall, Green Hat Web Solutions delivers the work on time. We primarily communicate via email, and in rare cases, we talk over the phone. Ryan has been very responsive when we need help. Sometimes, when a team member isn't available for our time-sensitive needs, Ryan has stepped in and took care of our needs directly.

We didn’t have a website for our concrete products line, so we needed help to develop a completely new one with product configuration and other features.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Green Hat Web Solutions has helped us develop an e-commerce website for our concrete product line. Throughout the project, we've gone through a lot of different changes in the way we sell our products. Initially, this wasn't an e-commerce website because our products were very complex. For example, not everything had a certain SKU.

Therefore, they first developed an initial website for us. After some time, our CEO met with a marketing person from another company, who sold us a web development package. Thus, we went to this other company, and they redid our website. That website wasn't great, so we went back to Green Hat Web Solutions to take over it.

Still, Green Hat Web Solutions has helped us work through all those challenges on the data side. Moreover, they've been instrumental in the graphic design side of this project. Their team has guided the design process with just our general oversight.

The website development side has also required a lot of custom development work. Although Green Hat Web Solutions has built this new site from scratch, I don't know the technologies they've used. Now, they provide hosting and maintenance.

As for the website's core features, the most important ones are those useful for our customers. These features include different attributes and filtering methods for our products. Our products have different sizes and characteristics, so it was somewhat complicated to create these different filters. Nonetheless, Green Hat Web Solutions has developed great sliders and filters based on attributes like height, weight, diameter, and color.

Green Hat Web Solutions has a decent-sized team. I have a project manager assigned to our account, but the owners and IT engineers also work on our project.

The initial website that Green Hat Web Solutions created for us was fantastic — I wish we had never gone to that other company. Now, we're seeing success in the amount of incoming orders from our wholesale customers. Thanks to our new site, it's easy to find and order products, so we no longer have to create product catalogs.

Having a main point of contact from Green Hat Web Solutions has been great. They're great and easy to work with, and their communication is amazing. I've worked with other companies on similar projects, and working with Green Hat Web Solutions is very simple. We mainly communicate via email and have occasional phone calls.

Green Hat Web Solutions' overall knowledge of web development, B2B e-commerce, and web design is impressive. Their owners have an artistic background, so they're very creative and understand what customers want and need to see; they have great design sense.

Other companies might have great design sense, but their functionality development doesn't pair up with the design. Green Hat Web Solutions is great at understanding both sides.

I can't think of any constructive criticism or areas of improvement for Green Hat Web Solutions. They work really well, offer quick responses, and are quick to make changes and edits when needed.

Be upfront and spend a lot of time providing clear ideas for what you're looking for so that you can lead them in the right direction. Provide them with as much information as possible so that they can hone in on what the customers want. Narrowing down your ideas and spending time on defining details like components and colors will set them off in the right direction.

Our website traffic has increased over time, and it has actually doubled this year. Although part of this result is possible thanks to our marketing team, Green Hat's work has been part of it, too. Our website is more efficient now and has a great UI, making it easier for users to navigate it. Green Hat has made our volunteer sign-up easier, which has increased our number of volunteers.

Our site is also helping our patients fill out their forms more easily, and Green Hat's work has been really helpful in that regard. Their team has made the application process for our patients more streamlined, allowing our patients to do more things on our website. In addition to that, our website's loading times, maintenance, and hosting have improved as well since working with Green Hat.

Green Hat has been great with timelines and always stays on budget. We meet biweekly to go through our to-do list.

I had a website that was giving me problems in allowing my future customers to contact me through it or even loading it, so I needed a nicely organized platform that could be up and running all the time through secure hosting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Green Hat Web Solutions provided WordPress web development and design services. The team cleaned and improved our existing site’s coding and migrated the platform to solve the problem that kept it from running properly. Moreover, they helped us fix our contact page so that users could request a call or an estimate from us.

In addition, I wanted to market my business better, so Green Hat Web Solutions edited our SEO pages for Google and social media and came up with keywords, suggestions, and opportunities to expand my market target.
