What were your goals for this project?

Create an application within budget and schedule. We looked to leverage Granjur's expertise to accomplish this by augmenting our workforce and broaden our technical experience.

Granjur provided a project manager, 2 developers, and other resources to assist on occasion such as graphic design.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we started with Granjur it was a big relief because each day we could see progress. They had the expertise to do the work and overcome the technical challenges.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are in the U.S. so we would typically meet in the mornings our time and review their work and get the hand-off for the day. Then we would document the requests for work as needed so they had that when they started their work day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Bugs always arise in software development, but they always take responsibility and get things done. It makes the relationship an easy one.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would like to see their automated regression testing improve, but few companies have a mature process there.

I'm the owner of Performance360, a local fitness brand with 4 gym locations around San Diego.

For what projects/services did your company hire Granjur Technologies?

We previously had used (or would have needed to purchase) several different types of software to run our business and there was difficulty implementing them all for what we needed. We wanted a mobile app that combined the features of several different software packages into one simple to use, mobile app for our customers.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals was to have a one-stop mobile app to run and implement our gym schedule, in-class tracking of movements and progress development for our members. We wanted something that didn't need to use outside services and everything was within the app.

How did you select this vendor?

After interviewing 20+ companies and developers, there was something about Granjur that we continued to be drawn to. I don't know specifically what that was, but all the other companies seemed to be missing a small component that we didn't feel comfortable with them. Granjur had that "something" that we just gave us a good feeling about working with them. This is aside from them understanding our project needs, their ability to communicate with us about what we wanted and their professional work that was displayed.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we chose Granjur, we put together a project visual that laid out everything we wanted to implement. It included the download and registration process, user flow through the different elements we wanted them to build and how the information would flow through to our backend.

It included features like registering for gym classes, tracking movements that we did in class each day and creating a virtual whiteboard where people can see/track progress, graphs that showed visual progress, logbooks that showed information over time, push notifications, communication tools, and more.

What was the team composition?

We worked through the project with a project manager who was amazing, and he directed the workload to his team of developers who specialized in different areas. We created a team on Trello where we could post different features or tasks to be done and monitor the progress, with input directly from the developers and project manager. It was all very easy to follow and manage as different tasks were completed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was an internal app for our members only, so we were not focused on number of downloads or anything like that. We were strictly interested in user functionality and ease of use for our customers. We've had over 1,000 of our members use the app and it's so well built that we rarely get any questions or issues with using the app. It allows us to run our business with much greater ease saving us tons of hours in addition to the costs we saved if we had to use different software packages for each function we needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was very simple and straightforward, and based on how we liked to communicate. It was mostly done through email/trello and occasionally we had a phone call if it was needed. Email/online was our preferred method, so they adapted to us. I know they are available to communicate via phone, skype and other methods as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found their work quality and understanding of what we wanted out of the project to be very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't think of anything I would want improved.

Goal was to rebuild the old website and make it customer friendly . We have increased are sales over 150%

They designed a whole business plan including all social media platforms . Web site was created from the scratch. They kept us in the loop with weekly and monthly reports and continue to help us.

The team consisted of web developer , marketing expert , business and branding expert etc

Granjur team guided us in creating the brand and sales . Their technical support is superb and easily available

Project management was impressive and very easy to work with . They were always there if any time we needed them

Clients have direct access to all the parties involved. They are honest and show integrity. They always meet deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My company can’t think of anything where they need to improve. I actually have talked to other small business to hire them and the businesses who did are also very happy with their services .

We are an IT business solutions company focusing on building solutions for businesses by leveraging on technology. Tackling business challenges using the right technology and solutions. I am the Founder of the company.

We partnered with Granjur Technologies in various projects ranging from custom-built mobile applications for the equine industry to a SaaS learning management platform using multi-tenant approach. Granjur and our team work very closely on drafting the user requirements, process flows, UX, etc to the delivery of the solutions to end customers.

What were your goals for this project?

The various projects was built for different customers with varying goals. Main objective was to solve customer’s business challenges to improve efficiency, enhance existing processes as well as increase market share of the companies.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected the vendor based on past experiences as well as positive reviews from their past clients. We conducted an interview and found Usama to have strong business acumen and able to translate business requirements to technical implementation.

They are deeply involved in project requirements, scoping, technical roadmap, development and deployment of technical solutions.

What was the team composition?

There were different team working on the various projects, each project has at least 6-8 parties involved, from Project Manager, Frontend and backend devs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We cannot share any specific information on the projects due to NDAs with the end clients. However, we can disclose that these projects have significant impact to clients efficiency and productivity.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed using Trello and we have constant communication via messenger and communicate deliverables and feedback. Responses were very prompt, typically within a day or two. Communication was effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Responsiveness and clear understanding of business requirements. Strong management leadership.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could potentially look into strengthening their designers and explore new technology such as blockchain.
