We faced challenges with the user interface and login functionality of our management portal, making it difficult for users to access key system data efficiently. GOZAWI stepped in to streamline the process, gathering vital information to identify the core issues and implement more intuitive, industry-specific solutions. Their expertise ensured seamless access to critical operational and performance data, enhancing overall productivity.

They conducted a thorough UI/UX analysis of the tool and our procedures, and they were able to support and carry out the unique recommendation and action plan they produced. The backend systems supporting the experience also underwent a thorough technical architectural study, during which numerous areas for improvement in application speed, delivery speed, and monitoring were found.

As the project came to a finish, we were in a position to ask IOS for a newly updated star rating, which was compulsory for us because the new, upgraded application was not represented in the previous star rating. We observed a drop in customer support calls (about 5,000 in claims categories and 25,000 in login) that were associated with technical issues with the application.

Without my having to provide a project manager, they each helped with this multi-team project by leading their own teams. They updated my several product owners on status, progress, issues, and updates one monitoring issue backlogs, the other UX/UI improvement backlogs). 

With so many people working on the project, it was really helpful to have a well-organized, accurate, and experienced staff from GOZAWI manage crucial parts of the software with no guidance or assistance required. Bravo, excellent work, very valued.

Our partner is not just creating the app; they are also offering advice and spotting potential issues down the road. The stage of publication is about to begin.
