GOZAWI played a crucial role in launching our initial concepts! Together with their group, I developed the following:

• our website for promotion. They were in charge of Webflow's design and implementation. 
• They used UI/UX design, a ton of wireframes, and perhaps more than a hundred pages of Figma screens to create our website. In the end, this served as the basis for the current iteration of our brand, which we introduced to the public in 2023. 
• version 1 of a design system and component library. For myself and our engineering team, this was a fantastic starting point so I could get ideas into Figma and our webapp even faster.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They simply CRANK out amazing work. Although I believe it's difficult to "measure" design output in the same way that other types of work can, I had never been as impressed by the speed and caliber of work as I was with GOZAWI. These days, I ask myself, "How fast would GOZAWI have done this?" whenever I assess a design piece.

They always manage the project better than I did. Their project management abilities are excellent, in my opinion. This impressed me greatly in one area in particular: the designers are great time managers who don't even need to be "managed" by a project manager. 

I was able to give them very general goals, and they took it upon themselves, breaking it down into manageable tasks. Working with a group of contractors makes this almost a dream come true. High-quality work produced with almost no effort while you can concentrate on other things

GPS tracking enabled doctors to plan their travels and manage their time more efficiently, resulting in greater coordination and timely consultations. 
The user-friendly calendar system made scheduling easier by properly presenting available and unavailable time slots, decreasing the possibility of multiple bookings or missed appointments.  the highly secure API ensured that patient data was protected, which increased confidence and compliance with data protection rules. These enhancements led to a more efficient and dependable healthcare service for both patients and providers.

From the project's inception, feedback from the initial user group has been extremely positive. With my ongoing marketing efforts, I hope to increase the amount of daily active users.

Based on what little data I currently have, the average user logs in for over three hours a day—a great start for an app that combines health and lifestyle. The program was better than I had expected, and the vendor provided it fast, so I was quite happy with the finished product.

My project manager and account manager were there for me from the start and helped me through the whole project lifetime. The GOZAWI team was able to understand my concept quite quickly as a result. It was really simple to get in contact with the PM who served me in the EST time zone and who worked in the CEO and Founder's office. Our primary channels of communication were Slack and once-weekly phone conversations.

It's not easy to create a social app and UXUI design with a landing page, but they succeeded in providing it with all the features asked for and even more. The pros section of the app is presently under development and is progressing well. It will be delivered on schedule with all desired features."

Because I had immediate access to their project manager, we were able to operate in a highly agile manner without having to wait for the next meeting to make adjustments. The majority of the time, they provided the items on schedule, although occasionally scope creep caused delays. Overall, their project management abilities have left me quite pleased.

I was initially drawn to this organization because of its ability to combine technical and design thinking skills.

Lastly, I appreciated the team's overall professionalism and approachability.
