I'm Founder and content strategist at Thebiztrends. Thebiztrends is all about writing and sharing views over the current trends.

For what projects/services did your company hire GoDigitley, and what were your goals?

I have hired GoDigitley for designing and developing my content sharing platform. My goal was to get the best design and based to manage the content in all categories at one platform, and I thin they have worked great and provided me with the best.

How did you select GoDigitley and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for good designers and developers that suit my budget as well as understand my idea. Eventually searching over google I connected them and asked them to share their portfolio, after the conversation I opted for them as my service provider.

I wanted the platform where I can share my content on trending technologies and also as others to share over my website. Their team divided the project into 3 steps the designing, development, and the last was quality assurance, As the date scheduled their delivery was on time with great quality.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I think 4 people were working on my project, the designer-developer, and the project coordinator who was coordinating with me throughout the project development. They formed a team of the junior level to mid and senior level, and I think that is the best way of learning and knowledge sharing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For now, the website is new giving good results, Expecting that I can have more than 10k per month traffic to my website. Working more on content as the website is all about content and knowledge sharing.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They were using Trello, slack for project management, and communication. Communication between them and me was very smooth as their project coordinator was very responsive and available whenever I wanted to take updates and answer my queries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their quality work and on-time delivery impressed us. Which I feel makes them unique from all other vendors in the market. They meet all their promises, they commit.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now, I don't think, but yes I'm sure they will be leading the market by their quality of service.

I approached GoDigitley to build a mobile apps called My Car wash for Android platform. The team was awesome from the start. Team looked at our requirements and assured me that they can complete the project.

How did you select this vendor?

I was looking for a great team who have expertise in app development. I searched over the google and the clutch platform itself and got connected to GoDigitley and requested them for their portfolio and work process. They showed me their work process and great portfolio after that I shared my idea to him and they presented me a brief proposal document which was quite an impressive in very short span of time.

Describe the project in detail.

This App provides car washing services, in this user can request either “Wash Now” or “Wash Later”. Largest network of professional mobile auto detailers will be at your door in minutes with just one tap. Users can see the list of service provider’s picture, rating, and location on the map. One can rate a service provider and leave feedback

What was the team composition?

The team composition was not so big. well they had the most talented team compared to the other agencies we reviewed. Also, they had a lot of designers and developers on staff, which was one of the decisive factors for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to the New App introduction to the market still being in its early stages, we are still collecting and measuring the impact of our engagement with GoDigitley. However, initial feedback has been positive about the app functionalities. GoDigitley is also working with with us in promoting our app and making people about our services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

GoDigitley brought the expertise and guidance necessary for building our app from the ground up, based on our specifications. They've worked closely with us through a strategy and design engagement, during which we produced wireframes and prototypes which fit our needs. We worked with GoDigitley in building a scalable solution.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

GoDigitley members are experts at what they do and have a deliberate approach.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No not all all they are perfect at this point of time.
