A major consequence has been the results Using the new platform, we have ensured better client engagement as we can respond quickly as well as in real-time we are able to see where all the shipments are. Really receptive group. They listened carefully to our needs and responded right away. We were able to provide real-time feedback and ask questions during our daily syncs. New code updates were regularly sent for testing and approval, and every problem we raised was immediately fixed. Additionally, we were able to communicate via the project chat. The team responded quickly to any concerns raised and usually found answers to any questions or issues nearly immediately.
