After selecting Glaxsin, they send us mock design for our site and we finalise one of them and complete the website redesign then they started SEO for us fixed the on-site issues and do the needful, we are getting report and statistics everything correctly

Since we started we got more improvement in our online presence on Google, we have achieved 80% nearly increase in our traffic and sales

What challenge were you trying to address with Glaxsin?

We went to Glaxsin for SEO services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glaxsin provides SEO content, like blog posts. They also took over our social media this month, and they post on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We’ve given them full access to our Google Analytics, Google My Business, and social media accounts. They make update posts three times per week. They’ve also optimized our Google Ads account by creating a new campaign, which will reduce our Google Ads spend.

What is the team composition?

I don’t know how many people there are in total, but I’m pretty sure the person we’re working with doesn’t work by himself. We’ve never met face to face, and we only communicate over the phone.

How did you come to work with Glaxsin?

It’s very hard to move from one company to another. I was using another provider, and I was paying them a lot more for SEO without getting any results over 3–4 months. 

How much have you invested with them?

They charge me almost $200 a month, which is about half of what I was paying my previous provider. I care more about results than pricing, and the problem is that some companies don’t guarantee results.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Glaxsin more than a year ago, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I began seeing very good results right after I started using Glaxsin. They’ve done a good job and follow my directions. All the keywords they’ve worked on are on the first page of Google results, within the first three positions, but I’m not getting any calls yet. They told me there were some issues with the keywords and that they changed some of them, so it will take some times to see results there. 

They just made some changes to Google Ads because I was getting charged almost $200 a day. They made a new campaign to lower these charges. The previous campaign hadn’t been set up correctly, so I was getting a lot of irrelevant clicks. I was spending $50,000 a year, which is too much money, on a campaign that wasn’t set up correctly.

How did Glaxsin perform from a project management standpoint?

Glaxsin explained the issues I was having, and they continue to keep me up to date. They always provide answers. They answer the phone whenever I call; they’re very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I worked with another company for three months, but I didn’t get any results, and they charged me a lot. They called me two weeks ago about a new social media program they had, but I didn’t trust them anymore because they didn’t deliver results. The first campaign Glaxsin set up for me is still getting clicks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re doing good work for me.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I referred them to someone last year.

I thought they were a big company with a team, but I finally figured out that it was a single person. In my experience, you need to have a professional team to do this business.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

There was an issue with the keywords for the website. I tried contacting them many times to fix it. They never did it, which was why the SEO wasn’t working for me. I still had to pay even though they couldn’t fix the website or the keywords to do the SEO properly. I finally made a dispute for that charge. 

How did Glaxsin address the challenges that arose?

After I disputed the charge, Glaxsin deleted my website. I asked them many times to give me the access information for the website. I was paying a lot of money to them, and I wanted my own access so that I could handle things myself if the website had an issue or if I wanted to add a picture or new information. However, the password they gave me was wrong. I finally figured out that they had hosting on their account.

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.

I lost a lot of money since the deletion. My Google Ads account isn’t working anymore because the website is down. Glaxsin only refunded my money for three months. They didn’t give me back all my money. 

I’ve had to spend more money to make another website quickly. I’m working with a vendor from New York and am waiting for his call to make the website live. 

How was project management handled?

I figured out Glaxsin didn’t have a team to resolve the issue. They would always tell me I’d get what I asked for next month and to pay their team anyway. I’m not satisfied with the project at all. If I could give Glaxsin less than zero stars, I would.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

I purchased my own hosting for the website a month ago — from GoDaddy — when Glaxsin told me I don’t have my own hosting.

We provided both SEO and SMO at a very affordable price, but, in mid-February, the buyer expected AdWords management at the same monthly budget. When our team did not agree with the buyer, the buyer stopped the work with us and did not pay our last 2 months, which is really unprofessional, and claimed dispute at the payment gateway. 

We have proven our expertise and given the best results. When the buyer got the results, he killed our faith. He was unprofessional, and we don't trust him. We have created and fixed all issues on the buyer's website and gotten almost 90% of his keywords on the 1st page. Every time the buyer called and emailed us, we replied within an hour, but he killed our faith.

They occasionally help with images, buttons, or specific lines of code. They also added something to my site that helps me appear in Google's FAQs section.

I only interact with one individual, but he delegates work to other team members as needed.

I was skeptical, as I'd already been scammed by a few people. I saw their work on a client's site, so I contacted the owner of that company. He recommended them, and I reached out.

I did some work with a friend that tanked my rankings. They went in and corrected the work that I did, and we're back on the rise. When they do something, they do it in the blink of an eye. They never let me down, and they correct things within minutes. They're very cost effective, and their customer service is excellent. I'm really grateful for them.

They get everything done, and they manage the project very well. They run things by me for formal approval before publishing anything.

My online appearance is much better, and their work helps drive leads.

Have your own SEO monitoring tools so you can watch the progress with them. They send detailed reports, but it's helpful to be able to crosscheck their work. They're definitely trustworthy, and they always deliver.
