We were looking for a company which specializes in Middle East especially in Turkey.

We provided a position description. Gini then took full responsibility for organizing the recruitment process in a well-organized manner. Following the interview and its outcomes We changed our plans and hired two senior developers instead of one.

To find skilled developers, we needed external assistance with our internal recruitment process. Throughout general recruitment processes, it is difficult to find a skilled talent. We did not receive a sufficient number of applications from skilled developers. That is why we partnered with Gini Talent to find an experienced designer as well as two developers for our IT team.
