Throughout our collaboration, we managed to increase our hiring rate by 70% and find the right talent within the timeframe we had set.

We had regular catch-ups through emails and chat, making sure the workflow is going smoothly on both ends. For any new job qualification requests we had the team made sure to take note of the information to adjust their searches accordingly.

They took the time to understand our requirements and adjusted their process according to what was requested, which reflected in the quality of the candidates we were receiving. In addition, the team is highly reactive and professional.

I wouldn't have anything to say at this point; all of our collaboration has been very smooth and, more importantly, efficient.

We were building an R&D center and the profiles we were looking for required extensive knowledge in several different programming languages. Gini Talent was quite focused on tech recruitment and this was the main reason behind. They were able to understand us since they have members who were headquarters of worlwide Experian data science company, and they knew where to look for the right candidates.

First they had a short briefing session with us as the hiring managers, they noted the technical needs and that's it. They started sending perfect matches in a few days. They managed the interview process well and we were able to find what we looked for in less than a month.They also have a foreign language interview support for the candidates.

We have been involved with 3 resources, namely talent source, recruiter and an account manager. Our account manager was always there to answer our questions. Recruiter was effectively managing the whole process of interviews and talent sourcer was the one who is finding the right candidates.

First, their team consists of members that have worked in analytical companies before. (such as Experian). So especially for technical recruitments they could have chance to select the best ones efficiently. Second, they are working in a structured manner.

KKB is the credit bureau of Turkey, serving primarily the financial sector but also providing value to other sectors and consumers. I am the head of Analytics, Fraud Prevention and Decision Support Systems.

KKB has the largest financial sector data in the country. My primary role is to develop value added products using this data. The way forward was to move on from statistical modelling to machine learning and AI techniques. However we were lacking in both IT infrastructure and business know-how.

We interviewed a number of companies, however it proved difficult to find one staffed with all the required skills. Gini was more flexible and was able to put together a team of highly skilled data scientists and IT professionals.

First a gap analysis was conducted from both business and IT perspectives. Then, a detailed roadmap was created. Based on this roadmap, necessary data lakes etc were acquired. In parallel, intense hands-on training was given to the analytics team on Machine Learning methods. In the process, KKB’s main analytical product was re-developed achieving a significant boost in performance.

Worked with a project coordinator, 5 data scientists and 3 data engineers, some of which are Gini’s staff and some outsourced by Gini.

We now have the IT infrastructure enabling us to develop and implement Machine Learning models. Our Analytics team members are transformed from statistians to data scientists.

They were quick to understand our needs, and quickly ensembled a team with relevant skills. The communication was mostly on-site and online. They were in touch with all of KKB’s Relevant IT and business units.

Ability to understand business needs. Abilityto ensemble a team of experts which is normally difficult to find. Being flexible in resource management.

It is difficult to keep highly skilled data scientists on board and some turnover was experienced here too. However they were quick to replace lost talents.

The project consisted of two different parts. The first part was to perform A gap analysis of existing data platforms and IT infrastructure in order to create a machine learning platform. The result of the first stage of the project was a detailed documentation of the existing situation versus best practices and recommendations to reach the global standards. The second part of the project virus converting the existing bureau scores to a new version by using machine learning and AI techniques. The project was successfully finalized resulting a stronger scorecard for risk assessment at the same time knowledge transfer of using machine learning algorithms was given the company's analytics steam

The interview process was really short because we only received the right candidates and they saved us a lot of time. Their filtering process was really helpful.
