To find skilled developers, we needed external assistance with our internal recruitment process. Throughout general recruitment processes, it is difficult to find a skilled talent. We did not receive a sufficient number of applications from skilled developers. That is why we partnered with Gini Talent to find an experienced designer as well as two developers for our IT team.

We were looking for an employment agency and after our research and found Gini Talent. I had a call with them and It was faster than expected that I was persuaded that they knew exactly who I was searching for just after they suggestion. We did set up a meeting and I discovered that their offer is ideal for me.

Our goal was to develop the mobile application for customers, single point of contact for every country that we run our business. Anonymous users will be able to select region/language and then they will be seeing local content from that region.
In addition each customer user will be able to login to the app and manage their account, see their fleet, financial information, service requests, contact their representative etc. This system design requires many integration points with regional CRM/ERP systems together with all other local solutions and all these sensitive modules need to be managed/developed with extreme care.
Deliverables of the system include mobile application, customer portal, lots of sync and async data flow, APIs, backoffice tools, monitoring and devops tools.

We started with 4 people in mobile development, frontend development and backend development. Team size changed in time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We launched the app with success in time, it reached to 2000 downloads in 4 months, our customers create account everyday and we collect positive feedback from them.

Hiring process was completely online, Gini recruiters got my requirements and started searching. After a while we received candidate profiles and conducted interviews.To be honest, we as the requesting company are very picky but in the end found good successful candidates to work with.

They were very responsive and they always acted fast. In cases of emergency , when we need to scale team size, they shared new candidates very soon and we successfully increased team size. They checked the pulse of customer and developer frequently so they learned beforehand if there is something to take action or not.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We encouraged the company to do their exams before bringing the candidate especially for the senior positions. So we will be meeting with the very short list, and most likely hire just after the meeting. Recently they started applying this and we had successful results.
