We needed to fill several positions in the bank. As we are a growing bank with ambitious targets, we needed businesspeople with banking backgrounds on our payroll. In addition, we also had to hire external consultants that could deliver software for our digital transformation project, mainly Java developers and frontend developers with React programming language experience. 

We have been in contact with recruitment agencies and technology consulting providers. Gini Talent offered a solution that could cover both.

We were able to fill the positions and onboard technology consultants in a very short time. They also send several highly qualified profiles matching our needs each week.

We mainly interact with a recruiter and an account manager. The account manager makes sure that they will be able to deliver what they promised on time.
