We had a meeting and they created a client brief about us. It is a presentation that mentiones everything about our company and the position. It was quite attractive for the candidates. Then they started reporting candidates and organized all the interviews for us. They reported all candidates together with their experience and salary expectations.

Just one main responsible and a sales person.

We hired 2 analysts for our team in a short time. It was a bit hard for us to find these resources as we did not have enough time to invest but they did it fast and swift.

We had weekly calls and an instant messaging channel. There was no issue at all.

Quality of the service. They are professional and know how to impress candidates.

Actually we worked with a few vendors at the same time but Gini Talent filled almost all the open positions except one.

Our recruitment team found and introduced Gini Talent. They brought a few example profiles in the first call, just to understand my point of view. As I explained, they revised what they had in their mind and we got perfect candidates compared to other agencies in a very short time. Although there were 3 people in the call, the orchestration was so well and they organized everything like interviews, postponements etc.

I have seen 3-4 people in the first meeting which was a bit frustrating for me but then only one person reported all the candidates and orchestrated everything. She was called the recruiter.

Once we signed with them, we had a kickof call. They asked several detailed questions to clarify everything. Then they created an awesome presentation about our company by gathering data from different sources about us. This presentation was shared with the candidates and it included everything they needed to know before the interview. Although we were quite picky, we hired 3 candidates out of 6 they proposed.

We met 3 people but only interacted with one of them after the briefing call who was a recruiter.

They established the communication channel on the first briefing call and we mainly used Microsoft Teams and email.

Their speed indeed. They coordinated everything quickly, including the interviews. Although we were a startup and claim ouselves as agile, most of the time we were the bottleneck.

They were the most innovative company in the market. No other vendor come up with such an idea and technique that can be used as alternative data.

It was a Alternative Data project to be implemented to improve overall scoring of each individual. It was finished around 3-4 months as planned initially. Account Manager was acting like senior Project Manager in critical phases of the project. So that almost all of the defects handled pretty quickly.

It was small team with 3-5 people and one of them was account manager who was the first point of contact and checked the work through all steps.

Speed of Delivery was really impressive. Solution- oriented thinking was another thing I would like to highlight.
