I'm the COO of The Riley Express, a limousine and shuttle service based in New Orleans, Louisiana. We provide private transportation, such as charters and shuttles, to and from the airport and the cruise port.

Get Online NOLA has assisted us in creating a website to get more traction for our business. They've helped us with our ideas on how we wanted our website to look, so we regularly brainstorm and discuss some ideas on what could potentially bring more visitors to our site. In addition to designing and developing our website, they've also helped us with advertising and a few other things. For example, they're in charge of running our ads to promote our business.

Initially, we reached out to Get Online NOLA, and they walked us through different ideas, letting us know about things they had seen in the past that could help our business grow. We covered a few aspects, such as marketing and web design, and we also went over the terminology that they thought would be best to highlight on our website regarding the history of our business.

Being a limousine company, we utilize a lot of technologies and systems pertaining to the transportation company. Our website links to third-party websites that we use as part of our business. Therefore, Get Online NOLA has helped us integrate those other websites, allowing us to have a better flow and track things related to our services.

Now, Get Online NOLA takes care of our designs and assists us with our monthly web maintenance. Their team also takes care of any corrections or additions that we need on our website as part of our monthly maintenance.

I've been in contact with at least three teammates from Get Online NOLA. The teammate I work with varies depending on the scope of the project at hand. For example, Alex (Director of Digital Solutions & Client Engagement) has been in charge of creating our website. I've also worked directly with Allison (Marketing Manager).

We met them at a local networking event in New Orleans. During this event, we met someone from Get Online NOLA's marketing team, exchanged information, and built our relationship from there on.

During that networking event, we met with different marketing agents. However, Get Online NOLA's communication, understanding, awareness, and knowledge were outstanding. They were available to sit down with us, strategize, and let us know what they offered.

Our engagement with Get Online NOLA has been 100% successful; we're still utilizing their services. They've been quite helpful, and we look forward to continue working with them in the future.

How did Get Online NOLA perform from a project management standpoint?

Get Online NOLA has been very efficient. Whenever we have questions or last-minute requirements, they've been pretty quick at getting back to us or sending an email. Overall, they've been efficient at helping us and communicating with us.

We've communicated via Zoom and email, and we have each other's phone numbers, so we always text or call each other. We've also collaborated and communicated a lot in person. When I first engaged with them, I was able to grab a coffee with Allison.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Alex has provided us with exceptional service. He has demonstrated efficiency in how quickly his team has been able to create a website for us and implement the third-party integrations required. Overall, he has been amazing in delivering the final products and assisting us along the way.

On the other hand, Allison has been very knowledgeable about what we want to accomplish with our website, ads, and marketing efforts. She has provided excellent service regarding best practices for our marketing and how to get more traffic on our website. Basically, she has helped us expand our business.

Along with them, I want to give a shout-out to Wendy (Owner & Founder) for their exceptional service, performance, and efficiency. We couldn't have created such great products for our website without them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Get Online NOLA is very personable. Whenever we've met with them, it feels like they're people that my colleague and I have worked with for a very long time. Our relationship doesn't feel transactional; instead, it feels as if we have the camaraderie of a family working together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Get Online NOLA could improve on as far as what they've done for my business. They've provided exceptional services and always responded quickly. Even if we send them an email over the weekend, they get back to us over the weekend too.

If anything, I would recommend them to allow themselves some time to rest and enjoy their weekends. If I send an email over the weekend, it's fine if they respond on Monday; they don't have to respond over the weekend as well. Their responsiveness is so good that it seems as if they work 24/7.

Be straightforward and aware of what you want from your project with Get Online NOLA. They'll exceed expectations, so you just need to have an idea of what you want.

We hired Get Online NOLA as a third-party company to assist us with our marketing needs related to social media and newsletter writting. Their team has also helped us redevelop our website, which was a big undertaking. Initially, we had meetings with them to talk about what we did and what we worked on with our customers. We also provided them with information to help them put the pieces together for us, including photographs and articles we had written.

Get Online NOLA has used the assets we initially provided as a guide and reference to create social media posts and new content for our website. We've done a lot of projects over the years, so their team has also used our portfolio information to support their marketing work.

We primarily work with Allison (Marketing Manager) and Wendy (Owner & Founder). We've also communicated with a couple more teammates, but we deal with Allison and Wendy regularly.

Our principal met them at a networking event a few years ago. We simply followed up when we needed some marketing assistance.

We've obviously spent thousands of dollars with them, but I'm not sure how much because I don't look at the financial side of the engagement.

Our partnership with Get Online NOLA has positively impacted our business in several ways, such as by allowing us to speak to our customers differently. As for our SMM, they've helped us with many campaigns and newsletters to stay better connected with our customers.

As mentioned, relaunching our website was a big project on which we worked diligently for about a year with Get Online NOLA. Before the project started, we already wanted to work on it, but it was a little overwhelming, and we were extremely busy. Thus, it was hard for us to take the time to focus on it.

However, Get Online NOLA really took the lead in getting the project done, accomplished, and really put together. The new website looks fantastic, works beautifully, and has become a huge marketing tool that we've been able to use. Prior to that, we struggled with our former website, so the change has been great.

In addition, Get Online NOLA helps us create and follow a great social media posting schedule on a daily basis. Their efforts have allowed us to grow our business leads and achieve a great connection with customers.

How did Get Online NOLA perform from a project management standpoint?

Get Online NOLA has been great at delivering on time and on budget. They always take into consideration our timelines and budgets. Although I don't have visibility to the actual budget, Get Online NOLA has always tried to stay within whatever budget my boss is comfortable with paying.

Whenever we work on something that would potentially go outside our budget, they always run it by us first to ensure we approve it. Moreover, they're always willing to work with us to ensure they always stay within our parameters and our scheduling needs.

Both Allison and Wendy have been of huge help to us. I personally deal with Allison more than Wendy, as we've been paired up on a lot of projects. She has been really wonderful to work with. She's highly responsive and helpful, and she has done things in a timely manner.

Moreover, Allison has been a great resource and guide for us. A lot of this work is new to us, so she has helped us understand what we're trying to achieve and how to achieve it. Overall, she has been very professional and just fantastic to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Get Online NOLA is extremely professional, very responsive, and super helpful. Moreover, they do a great job of creating a very specific package for their clients, so it feels like a tailored solution. Their team has really understood our needs and what we've tried to accomplish.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Get Online NOLA could improve on. We've worked with Get Online NOLA through the COVID-19 pandemic, so there was a lot going on back then. Generally speaking, we've been through a lot together, and we've always been satisfied with their work. We've also gotten to know them very well over the years, so they've become great colleagues and friends in that sense.

I highly recommend working with them. Reach out to them and give them an overview of your struggles, needs, and objectives. Get Online NOLA will put together a nice roadmap to accomplish that.

We’re growing fast. I’ve had to redirect myself to allow that growth to happen. Any slowness has been on my end, but everything is running smoothly. We’ve seen a tremendous increase in business. I get fantastic compliments about the website. When looking at the marketing data from Google and Facebook, it’s clear that our online usage is increasing.
