Setting up a unique eCommerce portal which enables customers to personalize their product on the website itself without the hassle of conveying through emails.

We had an extensive discussion about the need of such platform in India. Gestureminds helped me in plotting the design and the theme for my business. We decided to go for a carricatures theme and the team developed an eCommerce portal around that theme. The functionality and UI/UX is good and upto the mark.

What was the team composition?

Gestureminds dedicated a project manager, a graphics designer and 2 developers at my disposal who were always there to help me out in a fix. This was actually commendable

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have started receiving orders of the portal and got around 10 orders in the first month itself. Our customers love our new design.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project coordinator was always in touch with me and conveyed my requirements to the designer and developer team. I got the updates daily and scheduled a call if and when required.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The graphic team got some of the very cool designs for me and the developers will never say no to a new idea.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very less room to improvement. My only suggestion is that they should have some more theme options for the clients.
