What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

GenieCrawl took over the project extremely well and very professionally. I don’t have exact figures on the results of our engagement. However, when I search on Google for a lot of generic keywords and phrases relevant to our business, our site appears on page one of the results.

GenieCrawl has been excellent. They keep us updated about what happens, and they request our feedback. We promptly provide it to them, and they act on it quickly as well. Their project management is outstanding, and their work ethic is brilliant. We communicate through email and phone.

My website was successfully completed within the month that we agreed on, and the GenieCrawl team gave me a refresher course on how to use wix as it had been a while since I used the platform.

Most of our communication was done by email. I also had some zoom conference meetings where we discussed provisional ideas for the website. They set an initial time frame of one month to design and build the website, which they met.

Due to my schedule, weekends were slightly better for me as I had more time but offices were unfortunately closed. However, my project manager did arrange a few meetings outside normal working hours to make up for it, which was greatly appreciated.

Since completing the project with GenieCrawl, I now have my own in house mailing platform together with my own dedicated server. I am currently achieving a high inbox delivery rate without paying extortionate monthly costs. Overall, I am very pleased with the project and they delivered it to my exact satisfactions.

It was very easy to communicate with them via email and telephone. We also had some Zoom calls where they screenshared so I could see how they were getting on with the project. I felt I was kept up to speed with the project from start to finish.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My website now ranks well so if I type in my main targeted keyphrases, I actually rank in the first spot in Google UK. For me this shows as a total success. As a result of ranking highly for my main key terms, I have seen a lot of enquiries. We saw many more pre COVID-19, but I am still getting them now, and I hope post COVID-19, I will start to get busier and busier.

The project management was very smooth and efficient. We interacted via emails and my questions were always answered fast and throughly. I found it very effective and I cannot complain as the whole process was smooth from the beginning

They were very fast at doing the tasks and responsive throughout the project. They set a deadlines at each stage of the project and they completed it much earlier than the planned deadline. I also found the support to be great.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Its hard to criticise a company that worked so hard for me. Communication and the delivery was great. It would have been nice to have met them in person but the distance played a big role in this. We still did Skype calls and Zoom calls so that helped a lot.

Although this is very early stages of my business project, ie weeks, I am having very positive feedback from colleagues. The project management was through my assigned account manager, Brett. As we are not internet savvy, we wanted an online partner to bring our online business into the 21st century. We wanted to attract a new wave of online customers. The project with GenieCrawl was to promote our brand and push our website higher up the search engines for targeted keyphrases that we agreed upon. We also agreed to track these keyphrases and the traffic on a monthly basis to measure performance.

Within 6 months of working with them, we have started to see more and more online generated leads and this is more than we have seen up until now. Up until working with GenieCrawl, we had only received a handful of leads in a number of years. Since partnering up with them, we are now seeing high quality leads which are converting.

It has been really smooth working with them. They always chase me up if they need anything and I find them always being proactive. As I am very busy, I often miss emails, but they chase me up and I am happy to oblige as i know in the ling term, I will see the benefits
