Smooth delivery , team were very sincere towards work and very good in handling tasks execution

We had daily stand ups with team and PO and based on priority we were aligned with tasks .If there were any delay in delivery of tasks, it was noticed to PO ahead of time so that we could prepare plan . We used Jira and Azure devops and Git hub to coordinate and they worked well with our team.

We are a start-up with some development expertise but not enough capasity to create a software ourself. We are creating a calculation software platform from scratch, in need of development and maintainance. Our goal is to become a full profitable company with many users.

Create a full software. Working in sprints we have daily meetings, directing the development where we think is best at all time. Based on user feedback. We use Vue, Firebase and Google cloud functions.

We have created a MVP, gotten pilot costumers and think we are on to something good. The developers does a really good job.

We wanted to make improvements for our React Native mobile app to have a better and more modern UI/UX

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for React Native development company who has extensive experience in this field and who could help implementing the best practices from technology perspective.

We provided all the designs and React Native code base together with API access and documentation. Our team had the project management and quality assurance role in the project, so both teams worked closely together.

A project manager was assigned from GeekyAnts team who had a full oversight of the project. They had several technical people assigned with different roles - code review, code optimization and development.

The app was successfully finished and launched on iOS and Android stores.

We had a shared Slack channel between both companies and had an online communication with their team. On a per-need basis we also had conference calls to go over more complex topics.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The developers were great working with. They were very active in communication and that helped us to sort all the blocking issues very quickly. Also their developers came up with suggestions and solutions to different problems. It was nice to see that they actually cared about a good solution and product outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During the project they assigned one developer who had a specific task to do the mobile app optimization, but seemed that he was not a suitable candidate for this task. Eventually he was removed from the project and we were not charged for his developments. So GeekyAnts sorted this situation well, but should better investigate their candidate qualifications. We lost a little bit of time, but did get to the desired result at the end.

The team worked on creating Design System and accordingly tweak the screens where needed. They were very helpful, responsive throughout the project. They came up with suggestions wherever needed. They understood the requirement well and delivered a good Design System at the end of the project.

He was albe to deliver main product in both Android and IOS platforms, and was able to integrate most of the feedbacks from us.

We had daily meeting and used to discuss about the progress of the project. The GeekyAnt team also used to provide with some cool ideas on how can we make our app better.

The quality of the work they did for our app is mind boggling. Everything was delivered to us according to the timeline
