We needed some automations set up and transferred from Zapier to n8n.

Geeks of Kolachi has helped us transfer seven workflows from Zapier to n8n. These workflows automate communications with clients to ensure we provide a high level of customer service.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Geeks of Kolachi.

How did you come to work with Geeks of Kolachi?

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Geeks of Kolachi has successfully transferred all workflows as requested. We wanted their help to reduce our automation costs by moving to a cheaper system, and this has improved by more than 50%. We also needed to reduce errors. Although it’s too early to tell, they’ve done a very thorough job.

We needed to build an MVP, test our theory, and develop a custom website with greater security than one built with a basic website builder.

SOLUTION

How did you find Geeks of Kolachi?

I found them through an online search and Fiverr.

Why did you choose Geeks of Kolachi over other options you considered?

I conducted extensive research across numerous companies, held many fact-finding calls, and also researched some of their past clients and set up calls with them to de-risk the decision.

The project started in January 2026 and is ongoing.

How many teammates from Geeks of Kolachi were assigned to your project?

Between 2 and 5 people from their team were involved.

What was your primary form of communication with Geeks of Kolachi?

We primarily communicated through virtual meetings.

How did Geeks of Kolachi perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. As is usual with development, there were a few minor delays due to us refining features, but it did not affect the project overall.

Required help with multiple projects due to resourcing issues locally. The guys were responsible for managing development tasks with oversight from local our local team. This was important, the ability to be able to work collaboratively with existing developers. This ensures we have consistent architecture and code patterns.
At the end of the day, we required a multi-environment cloud platform with dynamic role-based access control, built on React, with an accompanying mobile application. We also required designs and UI/UX, and we needed this to look and feel consistent. Importantly, we needed this to be done collaboratively, frictionlessly, and—if we could help it—with good people.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completed user stories + bug count.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their approach to project management is one of the best things about these guys. They're always looking to improve at every touch point.
Typically (at least in Australia) PM meetings are met with 'this isn't my job', 'its someone elses fault' etc. The guys here approach everything with a 'How can we do this better' attitude, and contribute ideas. They're flexible, turn things around fast, and if I need a change in process they're on it immediately and changes are noticed.

What was your primary form of communication with Geeks of Kolachi?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's a holistic approach from these guys that make a difference. Firstly, they want to userstand the outcomes, deliverables, and process. They can work within my requirements - which at times can be a little needy - but they're always adaptable and this goes for everyone on the team.
When times get tough and I need a little extra from the team they've accommodated to help push things over the line. This is always appreciated and never expected, but if you've ever been in those crunch moments you will understand how good it is to be in the trenches with some teammates.
The adaptability - I chose them because of their tech skills, but these guys also packed a punch in other areas. BA's / Designers etc. It's so great to be able to pull from their pool of talent to get things done.
Lastly - the guys are good people. In a world filled with good eggs and bad eggs, these guys are human and are very real to work with. It is genuinely a pleasure to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Geeks of Kolachi could have done differently?

There's always room for improvement everywhere. But nothing of note that would affect my decision to continue working with them.

BACKGROUND

I'm an executive at a software and product validation company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Geeks of Kolachi?

We needed UI development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Geeks of Kolachi provided the resources to help with UI development. We gave them feedback on what we wanted, and they built everything from scratch. They created a login system, a web socket, and a way to connect to the backend live.

In addition, they provided management consulting and advice on how to view results and get interesting animations on the platform.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a UI engineer from their team.

How did you come to work with Geeks of Kolachi?

I knew one of the founders and saw they had worked on UI projects before using React and some of the latest UI technologies.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $15,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2020–October 2021.

The quality of their work was very decent in terms of competition, customer usability, and bugs — overall, I was delighted with their coding tasks.

How did Geeks of Kolachi perform from a project management standpoint?

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their deep technical knowledge is their most outstanding attribute.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They didn't have enough industry experience at the time and weren't sure how they should do things under standard practice, but they were fast enough to make changes.

Also, we had to redo some design considerations, but they had decent technical skills and could do things on the fly.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you know what you want and plan before passing it over.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder and CEO of a fintech company. We’re located in New York.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Geeks of Kolachi?

We started this company right around the time we met them. We needed help to build a web application and a mobile app for iOS and Android.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Geeks of Kolachi provides frontend development for a web and mobile application, as well as QA testing services. They’ve helped us bring an idea to life by solving technical challenges to achieve our business goals. Mainly, they’ve implemented our frontend and done testing for our mobile application. Some key technologies they use include Python, HTML, CSS, AWS, and Heroku.

Initially, we provided them with the requirements they’d implement. Some of the app's core features include the ability to do KYC and AML, link a bank account, transfer funds between accounts, automate cashflow management and investment rebalancing criteria, choose different investments, maintain and create accounts, and provide real-time performance information for clients and instant reporting.

What is the team composition?

We work with three people: a frontend developer, a tester, and another frontend developer for the web part.

How did you come to work with Geeks of Kolachi?

It was a referral from a different agency.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the partnership somewhere around July 2019, and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully built a functional product.

How did Geeks of Kolachi perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and stay on budget for the most part. We use Jira, Asana, Trello, and Github as project management tools. Our communication is mainly via Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work ethic is outstanding. They’re very hardworking people. The team puts a lot of passion and time into helping us achieve our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

None so far, but there's always room for improvement.

Any advice for potential customers?

Keep an open line of communication. Creating a collaborative space goes a long way in working with them.
