I am the founder of a photography studio. Users can upload images and maneuver the lighting just like in a real studio. We also have advertising and marketing capabilities for entrepreneurs and B2B and B2C businesses.

We hired Gapsy Studio for UI/UX design services. The goal was to design the frontend of the proof of concept.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with a discovery phase. I had a consultation and a meeting with the team to get to know them. After that, we exchanged information and conducted our own research. Gapsy Studio then showed the deliverables based on the brand kit I provided. I approved or disapproved of the deliverables, and they returned to the board to fix the things if required. After that, Gapsy Studio delivered what they needed to deliver.

We worked with around 20 teammates from Gapsy Studio, including a principal designer, a project manager, and multiple graphic designers.

I found Gapsy Studio on Behance. I have a degree in advertising and worked in the advertising industry, so I have an eye for good design. Gapsy Studio had a great website, and everything was explained well, so I decided to consult them.

We spent around $3,000.

The engagement lasted from April–May 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Gapsy Studio helped me save around $500–$800. We had no troubles except for linking my website, which was a bit tricky. Other than that, the quality of their work met my expectations.

How did Gapsy Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Gapsy Studio was okay with time. The team delivered work on budget and communicated using Slack, Google Meet, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Gapsy Studio was extremely professional and talented. Their price range was good for what they delivered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could communicate instructions better on what the client needs to do on their end. We had a communication problem where I purchased the wrong thing. I had to tell the company that I purchased the wrong package, which delayed the project for a couple of days.

Be patient and let them do their work. They’re good at what they do. I’m very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Gapsy Studio.

We started developing the Referbi product with the Intobi software development team, who did a great job on the technical side. For UI/UX, we brought in Gapsy Studio — and they truly delivered.
Our management and development teams had direct access to Gapsy, which made the process fast and efficient. Typically, just one or two calls were enough for them to fully understand the task.
At the end of the day, they consistently came back with excellent Figma designs.
