There's only one thing I can think of. Finding the location of the office was a bit tricky. Maybe they can give a detailed route description beforehand by mail.

I came to Gain impact with broken software written by another company. Gain Impact has done a great job of customizing the software and developing exactly what was requested. I was very well thought through and no question was too crazy. Contact always went very smoothly and quickly. They are extremely friendly and really think along with the customer. I now have extremely well-functioning software.

I was carefully asked about the exact wishes of my company. Consideration was given in all areas. Agreements were kept well and I was kept well informed of everything that was going on.
