I’m the owner of Poolmax. We build in-ground concrete swimming pools.

What challenge were you trying to address with G3 Group?

We hired G3 Group to help us design and build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

G3 Group built our site from scratch. We also wanted to relay that we were custom builders. As such, the team’s task was to highlight our manufacturers on the site such as Pentair equipment and PebbleTec pool finishes. On top of that, since we used a very specific in our design and our build — the only safety cover we utilized was Loop-Loc.

They continue to maintain our site. The team also manages our SEO and marketing efforts. Their SEO services include keyword research and on- and off-page SEO. They also write blogs for us.

What is the team composition?

I mostly work with G3 Group’s owner. Occasionally, we communicate with their content lead.

They were referred to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $8,000–$9,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2016, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

G3 Group has been wonderful; they’ve built my site from nothing, and it’s now generating a lot of leads. Our success has also been due to their excellent SEO and marketing tactics; we have a good ranking, and since we’re catering to a specific audience in our business, people are searching for us.

A lot of external stakeholders have complimented the layout of our site. They also appreciate that it’s easy to navigate our platform. 

How did G3 Group perform from a project management standpoint?

G3 Group has an excellent project management process. We communicate through email and phone calls, depending on what we’re going to discuss. We also have an outstanding working relationship with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their design skills are amazing, and it has been very easy to work with them. We’ve been impressed with the success of our site.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so.
