We worked with fxis.ai on two major initiatives. First, they built an AI-powered distributor insights dashboard that gives us a live overview of order patterns across regions, product performance, and channel-wise feedback. This helped us optimize our inventory planning and regional focus.

Second, they created a smart query response assistant something our support and sales teams now use regularly. When a customer or distributor has a question (about filters, installation, product comparison, etc.), the system recommends pre-verified responses or pulls from past case data to help our team respond faster and more accurately.

Both systems are now integrated into our internal tools. The AI is not just pulling data, it’s actually helping us make better, faster decisions at scale - across 21 states and 7 international markets.
