Based on how a person interacts, what they’ve asked, and the type of property they’re looking for, the system gives our team a score that tells us how likely that lead is to convert. Even better  it suggests follow up timings and even generates ready-to-use email drafts we can send right from the tool.
Second, they created a client insights dashboard that gives us a clear picture of where our leads are coming from whether that’s Instagram, referrals, or our Google forms. It shows how many leads are in which stage (just interested, proposal shared, or ready to close), and even auto-summarizes notes from our sales calls so we don’t miss details.
