We also asked them to integrate this with our existing contact form and WhatsApp flow, which they did smoothly. It wasn’t overly complex, but it was exactly what we needed.

fxis.ai developed an AI-based inspection system that scans high-resolution images of solar cells and detects cracks, defects, or inconsistencies. They trained the AI model using thousands of real defect samples to ensure high accuracy. The system was then integrated into our production line, along with a dashboard that lets us monitor trends, analyze defect rates, and improve manufacturing decisions.  

The project took about 5 months from start to full deployment. fxis.ai started by understanding our production process, collecting and analyzing data, and then building a model that fit our exact needs. The team worked closely with us to ensure smooth integration. In terms of cost, it was a solid investment given the long-term savings and efficiency improvements it brought us.
