We didn’t want a chatbot talking directly to customers just a way to make our own responses faster and more consistent.

The second part was an AI insights system that reads through customer reviews, product feedback, and comments on our marketplace listings and social media. It detects what people are repeatedly mentioning whether it’s a particular benefit, a packaging suggestion, or a concern. Every month, we get a simple report showing sentiment trends and recurring feedback themes.
