An initial mobile application (MVP) that would allow our users to complete self-made forms and tasks. Some deliverables included: the splash / welcome screen, login process, task dashboard, search, and the possibility to complete forms (including photos).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The developed application met the company's expectations. We were able to deploy the application on time and with great reception from our users.

The communication and collaboration between our team and Fuzzy Fish was excellent. Project was delivered on time despite some changes we had on the initial requirements.

One noteworthy aspect of Fuzzy Fish is the excellent willingness of the entire team, even when there were changes in the initial requirements. The team managed to complete the project and migrate to a new technology on time.

I believe the company should implement customer satisfaction evaluations. They have a strong team with a good level of experience.

Netbel is a software company that develops and implements software systems especially designed for educational institutions. Our solutions aim to help schools on their daily operations and tasks in all the different areas they deal with: administrative, accounting, educational, academic and communications.

Based on our experience and analysis about schools and the community that surrounds them, in 2012 we started to develop a web suite, which is an online platform that allows institutions to simplify and speed up their daily efforts, as well as it helps them to be more connected with their community, generating new communication channels.

• Research and development of an administrative management system for schools. The main objective was to understand the needs of private schools regarding administration, invoicing and payment processes by parents, treasury management, clients, and suppliers. The company had a clear business idea and identified a market niche, but we needed to develop the interface for the different users involved in the administrative process.

The team was looking for a company that could conduct the research and UX-UI design while also developing the Frontend of the system. Among the available options, we connected with the design leader of Fuzzy Fish, who proposed the complete roadmap we were seeking. The experience of the design team and the possibility of unifying development and design with a single provider led us to choose Fuzzy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Fuzzy carried out all stages of the UX-UI design of the system. Starting with research, which included interviews with the different actors in the process flow, culminating in the design of each framework using Figma. Then, the development team proceeded with the Frontend programming of the system. The UX-UI design was done in Figma, progress tracking was managed using Monday, and the Frontend development was done with React.

The project was completed 100% within the expected timeframe. The management system was well-received by our company's target audience, and some evolutionary adjustments were made, but we still maintain the system developed with Fuzzy Fish to this day. Communication between the teams was key to the success and progress of the system.

Fuzzy Fish has a great professional team, but as an improvement point, I would suggest they work on better time estimation for each task.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted them through the "Cluster Cordoba" which is a group of technology companies. They offered the candidates profiles we were looking for and we started the engagement that way. They always offered good candidates from the technical and social/human point of view (which is very important for us)

The project started with consulting. They did an analysis of what we have and what we needed. The Fuzz Fish provided mystery shopping, focus groups, and evaluation of our competition. Then, they rebranded our company starting with the logo and the brand manual based on their initial evaluation. We started working with the platforms, the website, our communication channels, and finally our social media.

The results were great, we have increased our following and traffic exponentially.

Their project management and communications are flawless. We have a monthly meeting where we make adjustments for the month and that has worked perfectly for us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re pleased with the service we received. It’s a corporate website where we like to showcase what we do and what kind of products we have. It’s hard to tell how much of an impact it is for the business but the collaboration overall was very good. We’re pleased with what they did for us. 

We’re still in contact with them for changes and updates. We are going to keep doing business with them and recommend them to others.

We communicated via email, chats, and phone calls. They were very responsive. Their team has a plan for everything they offered. When we got the quote, it was broken down into stages, and we had to achieve one stage before moving on to the other.

They were dedicated to their work — we were very pleased with the engagement. They were professional and answered all of our needs in the way we expected. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, if we had to do something different, it’d be on our end. We should have done more of our homework to be ready for the type of process they were implementing in order to be successful. We, as a customer, were not ready for that.

During the period we developed the project, The Fuzzy Fish grew up and the amount of people involved changed. but I guess at least 6 people worked for it. The partners are very professional and they lead the project and team all the time. I trust 100% on them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We started from zero, we did not have another website like this before. So metrics are good but I can't compare to previous. Our commercial team around the world qualified with a 100 /100 the services we offer in the site. Also, we know have information about sales rep that we didn't know, and the site is used everyday by them. The performance is amazing.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The fuzzy Fish and I built together a great team and I am very happy to keep working with them. They took every comment I did and even changed internal issues that I pointed out.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Firstly, I appreciate that the owners are specialist on the field. They really understand what you need and how to make it work. They are also very flexible, empathic and friendly. So it is always a pleasure to work with them.

The budgeting process could be faster. But I understand they want to analyze the project well before giving you a number.
