Nodo - web development
We developed a very user-friendly website, to promote the Nodo AI, which is a set of organizations and universities that offer to the private sector a supercomputer to develop and test artificial intelligence software with high demand of resources and also a Data Science career.
Using technologies like PHP (WordPress) and MySql databases, together with front-end technologies to create high-quality animations, we achieved a great experience for users.
Beyond Edge - web development
We helped our client Beyond Edge, a company that is focused on transforming the design, provisioning, management, and financial models of networks, to scale and improve their institutional website, which was developed on the platform SquareSpace.
A team of front-end developers worked on several features, using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Bootstrap, and Javascript, together with the SquareSpace tools, to improve the user experience and clarify how customers get the required information while navigating the site.
Promedon - Digital transformation through UX process
The web portal developed for Promedon Products is a complex development, made in PHP server technologies with MySql database and a FRONT in HTML, SASS and JS. This portal allows uploading useful information for different distributors, suppliers, and subsidiaries in different parts of the world. They access extremely complete and multimedia information regarding the products useful to them only. It has an intelligent engine that filters information according to the logged user´s profile comparing multiple variables that provide helpful information to the user while securing the published Promedon’s information.
Dao Cloud - All alternative medicine in one platform
When analysing the case of Dao Cloud, although we interpreted their first needs, we suggested working from scratch on a new implementation at front end and back end level, because the current state of the platform wasn’t scalable.
Our main goals were improving infrastructure, to achieve a transformation with advanced technologies, providing an organizational structure.
We became your reference in the technical area. We involved a team of back end and front end developers, QA and quality specialists. They all worked together with the client’s UX team.
Macena - Digital innovation in health care management
We worked with the Macena team to reorganize the report filters and rethink screen flows.
We created eye-pleasing and user-friendly screens. We not only simplified their functionality but also minimized the steps needed to develop a report.
Thanks to the new display of options and filters, Geclisa users can run reports faster, using fewer screens and clicks.
Oxala Travle - Turning journeys into experiences.
Our research was based on the insights obtained, after that we decided to generate a totally different experience from what is currently offered in the market. Oxala had to gain competitive advantage through its strengths. And we discovered how.
Our objective for the new Oxala site was that the trip starts with the first click. Our analysis generated a transformation with continuous improvement.
We developed a system of filters involving the user in a gamelike and interactive way. Now people can tailor-make their experience, according to their “travelling spirit”. We determined the connection between the agency’s strengths and the target needs.

We hired The Fuzzy Fish to support our digital transformation. We needed an update in terms of branding and everything related to the web, social networks, and e-commerce so we could position the brand on a younger market.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The project started with consulting. They did an analysis of what we have and what we needed. The Fuzz Fish provided mystery shopping, focus groups, and evaluation of our competition. Then, they rebranded our company starting with the logo and the brand manual based on their initial evaluation. We started working with the platforms, the website, our communication channels, and finally our social media.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Fuzzy Fish?
We needed someone to develop our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our company website using WordPress. The project manager was in charge of receiving the information and getting back to us with proposals, the development of the website, the launch, and any changes we had to do after that.

They assigned a project manager who we discussed everything with. There were other people we spoke to involved in accounting for invoicing purposes.

They were recommended to us, so we went with their team for the work.

We worked together from January–December 2019.

We’re pleased with the service we received. It’s a corporate website where we like to showcase what we do and what kind of products we have. It’s hard to tell how much of an impact it is for the business but the collaboration overall was very good. We’re pleased with what they did for us.
We’re still in contact with them for changes and updates. We are going to keep doing business with them and recommend them to others.

We communicated via email, chats, and phone calls. They were very responsive. Their team has a plan for everything they offered. When we got the quote, it was broken down into stages, and we had to achieve one stage before moving on to the other.

Are there any areas they could improve?
No, if we had to do something different, it’d be on our end. We should have done more of our homework to be ready for the type of process they were implementing in order to be successful. We, as a customer, were not ready for that.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Fuzzy Fish?
We developed together a new website, and a Commercial Network for registered users with many functions.
What were your goals for this project?
To position our products worldwide, and to open an exclusive engagement space with our commercial reps around the world.
How did you select this vendor?
I talked to 5 digital agencies and quoted the project with all of them. Fuzzy Fish was the most reliable, most efficient in terms of budget and the owners are great professionals and specialists on the field.

Design, development and programming of the website and the login site.
What was the team composition?
During the period we developed the project, The Fuzzy Fish grew up and the amount of people involved changed. but I guess at least 6 people worked for it. The partners are very professional and they lead the project and team all the time. I trust 100% on them.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We started from zero, we did not have another website like this before. So metrics are good but I can't compare to previous. Our commercial team around the world qualified with a 100 /100 the services we offer in the site. Also, we know have information about sales rep that we didn't know, and the site is used everyday by them. The performance is amazing.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The fuzzy Fish and I built together a great team and I am very happy to keep working with them. They took every comment I did and even changed internal issues that I pointed out.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Firstly, I appreciate that the owners are specialist on the field. They really understand what you need and how to make it work. They are also very flexible, empathic and friendly. So it is always a pleasure to work with them.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The budgeting process could be faster. But I understand they want to analyze the project well before giving you a number.
The Fuzzy Fish mainly used email as their main communication channel. All deliverables were submitted when they were initially planned. Most of all, the client described their output's functionality and design as excellent.
