The aim is to design, develop a Mobile App for customers to be able to handle their account.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After several rounds of RFI, RFP, Futured was selected as their proposed design for the app, the methodology in Mobile App development and their knowledge and expertise about Mobile apps were very deep and gave us confidence.

The scope is to deliver a new Mobile App from scratch, including design, navigation, accessibility. Design with wireframes and UI delivered. Development with continuous automatic delivery of updated apps for testing.

We had: 1 project manager 2 developers 1 designer 1 QA engineer

App is not launched yet.

We have weekly status points. We receive daily updates of the app. We have a board to follow issues and questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge and expertise in developing apps is extended and they have experts to follow all the steps in app developments, from design to testing (including accessibility).

Not really

We wanted to develop a mobile app to bring our content from the website to the app.

It was a recommendation

We had a serious of meetings in Austria to discuss our goals and within a short time they delivered the first round of the app.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally I mostly worked with 2-3 developers and marketers.

Not now

With the project manager it was easy to communicate - in personal and online meetings and in phone calls. Most of the feedback was through emails.

Futured is very committed

Status reports on any stage of the project could have been helpful so that we could limit misunderstandings.
