We found Fusion Technologies through our research online. Their schedule is better for our business as we have more and more employees with varying schedules. They have been able to handle the growth we expect!

They went through our work order system before presenting us with 3 options. These will be ongoing IT support for the foreseeable future. I have a project that contains it and it is either a new ATS server or a data mirror. This worked because we met with their project team and set the criteria that needed to be met. This is still a work in progress.

We work with their specialist They were excellent and their responses to our questions were very timely.

There have been progress in our business ever since Fusion Technologies help make some changes in our work order system. We are so happy with the positive changes.

There has been increase in our work. The company-issued laptops have significantly reduced the time it takes for the team to resolve the issues.

We researched professional IT services providing companies, and we shortlisted few but after interviews none of them met the criteria we listed and then Fusion Technologies was recommended to us by a colleague Agency, went through the same interview, met the criteria (both in service packages and experience plus recommendations) and eventually we found what we needed

First, we were devised a recovery plan that guarantees access to our data, without gaps or data loss, and will have our operation back up and running without delay. Since Preventing further malware attacks was our main point of concern, we were provided a ransomware recovery plan stating to develop a process and culture focused on resilience, not just on prevention. They were very professional.

The head Software consult was our main point of contact, but we were able to converse with 4 of the team members working on the project

Our recovery plan was implemented successfully, the way we were able to improve our data recovery speeds without the need to change our backup software was impressive, we then setup all necessary requirements to a Top-notch security. And with that our security is now better than ever

We communicated mostly via video chat, their response time was as great as their completion time, whenever we asked questions; they were quick to answer. And we were given handful of impressive advice as to the continuous proper maintenance of our security even after the project was done

Thanks to the team, every detail was pointed out and attended to without leaving anything out and they were able to finish up within the exact time interval we agreed

I don't think there was actually aspect of their job they were not very good at. Exactly as they were recommended

They focus on developing applications that can interact with gateways. Architecture is circular. After each delivery, Fusion Technologies loads the system to see how it performs under pressure and to ensure the API can handle the load.

Since the project is really complex and hard to estimate. Since then, we've worked together to prioritize tasks and all of them have met their deadlines.
