• Warmup on every mailbox before sending, plus deliverability monitoring on both domains.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Sending infrastructure rebuilt and independently verified. The first new domain scored 10 out of 10 on an external spam test, against a previous setup that was being filtered.
2. Monthly tooling cost reduced by consolidating from ten domains to two and cancelling the provider we no longer needed.
3. Four mailboxes warmed and ready, with monitoring on both domains.
4. Campaigns on the rebuilt infrastructure are only starting now, so reply and meeting numbers are still ahead of us.

1. A deliverability audit of our existing domains before any new build started.
2. A fleet built out over twelve months from six domains to roughly 40 domains and 176 mailboxes across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
3. A mailbox set per account executive, provisioned as we hire, with sender identity, signature and forwarding configured per person.
4. DNS per domain: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME and redirection, tracked in a shared sheet we can check any time.
5. Warmup on every mailbox before it reaches a rep, plus continuous deliverability monitoring with health scores and a monthly report.

Twelve months of continuous operation, scaling from six domains to roughly 40 domains and 176 mailboxes as our AE team grew. Deliverability monitoring reports our tenant at 93 out of 100, with every monitored domain healthy. Our primary company domain has stayed out of cold sending entirely.

Requests turn around fast. Mailboxes were built and configured within days. They also say no when it matters. We wanted mailboxes sending immediately and were told plainly that under three weeks of warmup would get them flagged.

Quill-qy, Inc. has exceeded our expectations. They’ve significantly improved our outreach performance, and our reply rates have jumped from around 1% to 8%. We’ve also ended up booking more demos than we initially targeted. The copy they’ve created has been a huge upgrade from what we had before. On top of that, they’ve proactively helped improve alignment with our marketing team, even though that wasn’t part of the original scope. We’re very impressed with the results and plan to continue the collaboration. 
So far, we’ve closed three deals, far exceeding the investment into the campaign. The total annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the closed deals is €48,000, paid upfront.

What stands out most is the level of talent in their copywriting. It’s truly impressive and has made a real impact on results. We’ve also been blown away by the innovative approach, like launching a campaign specifically targeting website visitors, which we hadn’t seen before. On top of that, Quill-qy, Inc. consistently looks for budget-friendly solutions. For example, when we brought up using an expensive tool, Oleg showed us how to achieve similar outcomes for a fraction of the cost. That kind of care and creativity really sets them apart.

Honestly, there’s very little we’d change. The only minor hiccup was in the early days around calendar coordination between leads and our account executives. However, that was quickly resolved and largely due to a lack of internal clarity on our end. Overall, Quill-qy, Inc. has gone above and beyond, and we’ve felt well-supported throughout the project.

Their proactiveness and responsiveness were impressive. These values are hard to find these days. However, Quilqy is always willing to make an extra step to have the job done and get the best conversion out of its efforts.
