The catch was a very limited timeframe we had to do it, as our team was rolling out the new website that needed 3-5 detailed case studies published. Quilqy was recommended to us by a former colleague of mine as a very swift and flexible content marketing agency.

Initially, we had a call with Oleg (CEO) describing the main constraints that we had for this project (it was actually only 2 weeks). Later, Quilqy had arranged interviews with both our customers and team members.

They tried hard to get the best understanding of the case and use direct quotes as it was important for marketing. Finally, we exchanged ad-hoc updates daily in Slack where our team was made available for any follow-ups.

Even though we haven't created as much content as we expected, Quilqy was impressively creative and attentive to details. The outcome of this project is 3 incredible case studies published on Auxility's website and 4 more awaiting publication at a later date.

We used Slack and Google Meetings for communication, Quilqy team was always available for ad-hoc calls and meetings, which was highly appreciated.

The quality of the content produced in such a short amount of time. Their flexibility and ability to work under time and budget constraints were impressive.

Nothing I would improve.

Even though our sales cycle is pretty long, the campaign is ROI positive as we have already boarded enterprise clients and there are more to come.

It is awesome. We use different communication channels like Skype, phone, Slack, etc. - whatever it takes to get on the line as quickly as possible to discuss risen matters and move forward.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their proactiveness and responsiveness were impressive. These values are hard to find these days. However, Quilqy is always willing to make an extra step to have the job done and get the best conversion out of its efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always are, even though it's marketing. However, currently, I don't have complaints about their job.

Since working with Quilqy, we've tippled the amount of outbound prospecting volume and decreased our bounce rate to virtually zero.

Quilqy is very strong. Many other vendors have difficulty understanding the tasks and deliverables, but Quilqy just gets it.

Quilqy can improve on understanding the initial scope of work, but because of their open line of communication things are fixed immediately.

Deep research, personalised sales copy and KPI driven strategy of Quilqy's led to high conversion rate when we penetrated IT&Software market. We hit 43% open rate, 9% reply rate and 1.5% appointment rate. Impressive.

• Fix deliverability. Our sending domains had degraded and mail was landing in spam.
• Turn a list of roughly 19,000 companies into usable segments so we knew who was actually worth contacting.

Funnel Bakers run our outbound end to end. We have no internal SDR function, so they handle everything from who we target to what gets sent and whether it lands in the inbox:

1. Sequence copy for every vertical we sell into, rebuilt seasonally, with a versioned library so hooks are never repeated across campaigns.
2. Weekly lead refills into live sequences, prioritised by seniority tier, so campaigns never run dry.
3. List building and segmentation, including cutting a roughly 19,000 company Salesforce Marketing Cloud list into brands, agencies and partners, with 502 agencies confirmed as Salesforce users.
4. Deliverability management: domain health monitoring, warmup, and swapping weak sending domains for fresh ones.
5. Campaign operations across Apollo and QuickMail, including keeping our opt-out and do-not-contact list synced so anyone who opts out is never contacted again.
6. Weekly planning calls covering cadence, open rates and copy direction, where we agree the next season's themes.
7. Seasonal rebuilds shipped about a month before the season starts, so prospects are primed early.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Deliverability recovered. Our sending domains had dropped to a 68 health score with mail landing in spam. They warmed replacements and swapped them in at 98 and 100.
2. Continuous coverage across every vertical. We see a direct correlation between sequence activity on a vertical and inbound for that vertical, so keeping all of them live matters more to us than any single campaign.
3. A 19,000 company list turned into segmented, prioritised sending queues, including 502 confirmed Salesforce Marketing Cloud agencies, with lead reserves maintained so sequences never stall.
4. Three years of continuous operation with outbound as our primary acquisition channel throughout.

They run on a weekly rhythm and I do not have to chase them. We have a planning call each week covering cadence, open rates and copy themes, and the work lands between calls without follow-up.

Copy goes out for approval before anything ships and our founder still signs off on tone, so nothing goes live that we have not seen. Change requests come back within the same cycle rather than the next one.

What I value most is that problems reach me already solved. When our domain health degraded, it was raised with warmed replacement domains ready to substitute, not handed to me as a problem to fix.

Autumn is a fair example of the planning: copy was written and approved in late July so campaigns could go live on August 1, ahead of the season instead of during it.

They operate like an in-house team rather than a vendor. Outbound is our only real acquisition channel and it has been handed to them completely for three years, including the parts most agencies hand back: deliverability, list hygiene and opt-out compliance.

The other thing is that they update their own playbook. They told us to cut personalization rather than add it, because tighter targeting with less machine-written personalization was performing better and prospects now recognise AI personalization and hold it against you.

Most agencies would have sold us more personalization, not less.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Funnel Bakers could have done differently?

More structured A/B testing. We currently run a single message per sequence rather than split tests, so improvements come from judgment rather than data. Some of that is our own volume constraint, but I would like it built into the rhythm.

This decision was made prior to me joining the Strata team but extensive research was done and the choice was made to go with Quilgy. When I was looking to reopen this lead generation initiative, I decided to go back to Quilgy due to our prior success on previous campaigns over the last several years.

After we decided to reengage with Quilgy, we outlined the type of target we were looking to engage with, the copy that needed to be utilized in the outreach, the process of how the outreach would launch, and follow up procedures.

From there, the Quligy team began research and setting up domains for the outreach. We had weekly calls to discuss the copy, creative, research, and deliverable to keep to the project on track.

Once all of the task were completed, the baton was passed back to Quilgy to initiate outreach and present findings and analytics for the campaign. Then, as needed, we have modified the outreach, copy and creative for better results.

I've worked closely with the principals at Quligy from the start and they're very open to collaboration, presenting ideas and modifying plans as needed.

Since beginning out work, we've brought in 20+ qualified leads from the campaign that otherwise would not have presented themselves.

The project managers and workflow have been great. We check in weekly to review findings and results and we modify as needed. There's never a time that I don't know what's going on or leads in the pipeline. The communication is fantastic.

I've been blown away by the responsiveness and communication that the entire team has. Everything is incredibly organized and timely.
