These results demonstrated clear progress in our digital transformation efforts and significantly enhanced administrative productivity.We measured the reduction in data entry errors and duplicate records through a structured before-and-after comparison approach. We reviewed a sample set of manually processed documents, calculated the error and duplicate rates, and identified common issues such as spelling mistakes, incorrect roll numbers, missing fields, and repeated submissions. Then, we conducted the same audit on documents processed through the AI system developed by Fulminous Software and compared the field-level extraction accuracy, validation flags raised by the system, and duplicate detection logs.
