There is something unique in their approach, as it feels more "all inclusive" than other service providers with whom I have worked over time.

Lukas and his team were extraordinary to work with and to complete our detail-intense project. The site soft-launched successfully and only a couple of weeks behind schedule (mostly due to holidays) at the end of February, and the next three months were spent going through each page, function, content and template consistency, and training. I and my team are happy with the work and the end result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I cannot speak highly enough of the high level of communication and thoughtful interaction throughout the time period. I would (and plan to) work with him again in the near future. Prior to hiring Lukas, I had pretty much given up on web designers who kept "selling" me in and then disappearing. 

I managed to get my organization's money back from one such bad experiences, thanks to our bank; but it had all left me triggered by both my own disfunctional non-working website and by all of the apparently shady-to-flaky website designers and design firms I tried to work with over a four-year period of time.

 Again, I HIGHLY recommend Lukas to lead any project. His level of communication is excellent to resolve issues, define or clarify details, and to deliver realistic and functional solutions at the highest level of professionalism. 

And he kept one person on-point (him) while having his team do various things behind the scenes to help him as needed. It was wonderful not to get "passed around" in someone else's team dynamic. Work was done, we felt great about it, and we celebrate together in its successful launch/use.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ThernLoven could have done differently?

I don't think so. But perhaps a bit more 1x1 training behind the scenes because we aren't skilled behind the scenes of the website? I will point out, however, that he put together training videos that we can watch. So long as what we see is the same as what the video shows, they are hugely helpful and instructive. Issues arise if some update on our side makes what we see look different, esp since we are novices at it. However, again, Lukas's responsiveness to assist remains intact.

My site is complicated because it’s written in two languages, but they transferred the existing Chinese and English content from the old website to the new one.

They were really good at managing the project; Lukas set up meetings regularly and always followed up thoroughly. Every 1–2 weeks, we had a Google Meet call. We sent emails and communicated small needed adjustments via LinkedIn and Slack.

ThernLoven’s customer service and communication set them apart. They responded really quickly, took the initiative to set up video calls, and communicated via multiple channels. When I had technical challenges, they always went to great lengths to find tailored solutions.
