They showed us some internal tracking and said our AI visibility went from basically nothing to around 20% on a bunch of keywords in the first month. I dont fully get how they calc that but traffic def started moving at the same time.

Organic traffic went up pretty fast, I think right around 30% give or take. But honestly the bigger thing was conversions. Way better traffic then what we were getting before. Revenue ended up a little over 20% in that same window which we didnt expect at all that early.

The numbers were honestly kinda crazy. We were worried about the new Google AI overviews killing our traffic but Fuel Online actually turned it around. Our organic traffic didnt just stay flat it went up by like 32 percent in 4 months. The biggest thing was the AI citations. We show up as the main source in ChatGPT and Gemini search results now for all our big keywords. They call it "AEO" or something but all I know is we are getting way more leads from people who say they found us through an AI prompt. Our conversion rate from those AI links is also way higher than the old school search traffic we used to get.

They are super fast. I worked with a few big agencies before and it always took weeks to get a response but Fuel is different. They use Slack and they are basically on call. Whenever Google did a weird update with the AI summaries last month they had a plan ready in 24 hours. They always hit their deadlines even when I gave them last minute stuff to fix. They really feel like they are part of our internal team instead of just a vendor.

I think its just that they actually know what they are doing with AI. Every other agency I talked to was still talking about backlinks and keywords from 2022. They just tell you what works and then they go do it.

Not much to complain about. I guess they are some what expensive but you get what you pay for in this industry. I wish we started the AI SEO stuff with them six months earlier because we probably lost some market share to competitors while we were waiting to sign the contract. Other than that it has been a great experience. They are the best ai seo agency i've been able to find or talk to, and they performed beyonnd expectations.
