They’ve helped us develop new avenues to get where we want to go.

Fuel Online has produced extraordinary results. First, they have exceeded our expectations for SEO. Not only are our 200 keywords in the top five, but another 200 long-tail keywords are also on the first page. They excel at finding untapped applicable keyword search phrases.

Since they came onboard, we have gained approximately 50% more ROI out of the existing PPC campaigns we have. They’ve helped lower our CPC and CPA. We’ve also seen a massive increase in search and traffic volume.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fuel Online?

We've been online since 1997. As an early innovator, we had great natural SEO and we never had to worry about it. Our rankings started to get pushed down over time as the marketplace became filled with competitors. We weren't able to overcome that challenge in-house, but we hadn’t had success with other SEO firms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They've basically taken over our entire SEO. At first they made huge structural changes to our website. That still occasionally happens but it's not as frequent. They work on keywords and link building as part of their ongoing process. They run our PPC campaigns as well. They keep on top of the latest SEO strategies and make changes when Google changes its algorithm.

Personally, I've only worked with Scott (CEO, Fuel Online).

I don't remember how we found them. We were looking at all the options because we were tired of throwing money into SEO and not seeing results.

They’re very good about communication. They answer questions promptly and we get regular reports. The best part is that it’s so well-managed. We’re feeling and seeing the increase in sales.

It's a completely different experience than we'd had before: phone tag, not getting answers, promises with no follow through.
