Predica is the IT consulting company focus on helping the mature organization to transform the business into the digital age. My role is CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netkata Software House?

Predica cooperates with Netkata on various technology projects in UX/UI area. Netkata fills the gaps in our capacity and capabilities shortage in the creative part of our projects. This particular engagement was unique. The extreme deadline (just 3 weeks from start to finish) in a very challenging time of the year (Chrismas, New Year's Eve) stress Predica to the extreme. We've asked Netkata to help us make this project happened. Together, we've managed to mobilize a team and project went live on December 31st.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of the project was to set up the high-speed Internet in one of the biggest shopping malls in the world before New Year's Eve. During the New Year's Eve celebration project had to be functional and allow to provide connectivity to the teen of thousands of people.

How did you select this vendor?

Predica has a database of enrolled partners with a proven track record in the area of UX/UI design. Netkata was selected based on a successful track record in challenging projects like that one.

Describe the project in detail.

The project was a big success. The client was pleased with the outcome. Thousands of people connected to the newly deployed WiFi infrastructure and broadcast the New Year's Eve celebration via mobile phones. As part of the project we've managed to: 1. setup the highly scalable and secure Microsoft Azure Infrastructure 2. design, build and deploy web site for mobile access 3. implement and deploy reporting for business users Predica as the client had massive support from Netkata and without commitment, the project would not happen.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The NDA signed with the client does not allow us to disclose the name.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Predica and Netkata have already well established the way of working together. I can say that the process is seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The CEO took care of the project personally. He jumps into plain and was on-site in Dubai during Christmas break. That kind of commitment was unprecedented

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are. However, during that project, I coudn't find anything that I'd ask to do differently. The project achieved the business objective and the technical part was delivered in good quality what in given timeframe was more than anyone could expect.

Today, we’re proud to be able to offer instruments of unparalleled authenticity, including keyboards, synthesizers, pianos and a wide choice of digital audio accessories.

The inspiring sound of CASIO EMI instruments enables music lovers to create revolutionary songs and new trends in music. Given our constant development and growth, we had to ensure the right infrastructure to be able to respond to the demands of our new customers.

That is why we decided to start a cooperation with Netkata Software House. The goal was to use their expertise and experience to drive more enquiries and bookings – which, as time has shown, was a complete success.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Netkata Software House?

We entrusted Netkata Software House with the task of completely redesigning the Casio Music website. As a result, it was enhanced with a brand new, attractive graphic design, with increased conversion in mind.

It was built using the popular WordPress CMS, with a very easy to use administration panel and a ton of new features, such as: product comparison function, responsive web design, customizable and auto adjustable homeslider, dealers search where each dealer is connected with its range of products, where partners with premium products are promoted, compact and versatile news module.

Additionally, based on the site’s new design, a second website for a twin project was also created – szkolacasio.pl. Thanks to this graphic consistency, the “Casio School” brand is attractive to potential customers and is getting more attention and positive feedback. Over time, our cooperation evolved into ongoing long-term support.

Thanks to this, the website grows in new functionalities, is constantly supported, secured and monitored. Netkata watches over both the implementation of subsequent new ideas and the security of our project – their support proved to be invaluable when our server was attacked.

What were your goals for this project?

The aim was to refresh our website’s design and enhance it with new functionalities or improve existing ones. At the same time, we wanted to acquire a permanent professional partner for website Development.

How did you select this vendor?

The previous company with which we used to work had less experience with UX and utilised processes of software development, which were no longer suitable for our business goals. We were looking for a stable partner with an attractive portfolio, solid processes and professional knowledge that could benefit our project long-term. In all of these areas, Netkata stood out the most.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We contacted Netkata looking for help with refreshing the appearance of our site. We were aware that the market we’re in is a rapidly developing one - just like our brand. We didn’t want for our website do be left behind, thus we decided to focus on the combination of modern design and functionality.

During the work on the new graphic design, we wanted to improve existing things that we were not satisfied with, as well as to implement new ideas that we have accumulated over the past years. Right from the planning phase, Netkata proved to be a valuable partner and advisor.

They have thoroughly analysed each of our ideas which resulted in numerous suggestions, including how the website and its functionalities should look, how to develop and enhance them, what novelties could be introduced and what the list of our own ideas lacked.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The fact that we’re cooperating with Netkata Software House to this day is the best proof that we’re satisfied with their services. Our website can enjoy constant improvements and optimisation. At the same time, we implemented a new project together – szkolacasio.pl. Cooperation with Netkata has brought measurable benefits to our business, i.e. a 15% increase in conversions since the implementation of the new version of the website.

This is not only due to the new graphic design but also the new features which they have implemented, such as the option of contacting us to extend the warranty or to arrange a home visit of service technicians.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Cooperation with Netkata Software House has always been top-notch. For us, it was of great value that we were able to evaluate the prepared design and then work on it together with assigned specialists.

Team Netkata willingly discussed the projects and took our suggestions into account while at the same time expressing their opinions. What was important was that throughout the implementation phase we were in constant touch with Mike – our project’s Project Manager. This made it easier for us to contact the team as a whole.

We were also receiving numerous presentations depicting current progress and were able to test the implemented solutions. Website’s live launch went just as smooth. Today, because Netkata is the creator of our website, cooperation on further projects is pleasant and even more efficient.

Their team knows our approach to both graphic design and coding. What’s worth noting is the care that Gabriela from Support Team provides us with – we know that our every question will be met with a quick, thorough answer and that she will help us both with the smallest and the hardest tasks.

Netkata’s staff was always eager to provide us with state-of-the-art solutions focused on our goals.
