I’m the general manager at What's My Claim Worth, a lead generation aggregator and marketing platform for law firms.

What challenge were you trying to address with Frank Digital?

We hired them to partner with us in getting our platform live.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Frank Digital designed and developed our website, which is 900 pages. It’s a WordPress website hosted on WP Engine. They generated the landing pages and blogs to build up a strong, robust SEO strategy. The team was involved in our product development as well.

What is the team composition?

I’ve interacted with 4–5 teammates. I have two main points of contact: Matt (Managing Director) and Nick (Head of Delivery).

How did you come to work with Frank Digital?

When I was brought on, the conversations with Frank Digital had already begun. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in December 2019. The website has been launched, but we’re still working with them to continue to build it out.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The speed with which any issues that have arisen have been communicated and dealt with has been amazing. Their knowledge in terms of what’s going to work and what isn’t is also amazing. Additionally, the suggestions they gave us were great.

We had multiple pivots throughout the process, and Frank Digital handled them well, taking them on board without having to do contract variations. Their SEO knowledge is brilliant and really strong.

How did Frank Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their account management is excellent, and they customized it to what we wanted and needed. They didn’t bring us in unless they needed to.

We have a weekly meeting, and I speak with key members on the team 1–2 times per week. We hired them because of their specialty and didn’t want to hold their hand along the way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Frank Digital is very genuine. If they say they can do something, they mean it. If they don’t know enough about something, they will tell us and find out how to do it. I can trust them. The team also knows how to communicate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes they try to over-impress. They wanted to take on a lot of the work when we should’ve taken more responsibility and accountability. They wanted to impress us, which slowed down the process at some points.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be upfront and direct with them, because they will be so with you. Sit down with them and be open and honest about what you require. If there’s an issue, call them and have that conversation, because they will adapt. Frank Digital takes criticism very well.
