Fram Creative's scope of work for the VideoEngager website redesign project encompassed both UX/UI design and subsequent implementation in Webflow, covering desktop and mobile versions. The project centered on ten key template pages, including the Home Page, various Platform features (AI/Visual Sentiment Analysis, Live Video Chat), Integrations (Genesys, Open APIs), and Solutions (Banking, Visual Sales, BAC Credomatic case study), as well as a Company "Our Story"  and other pages.

Key deliverables included the development of UX and UI concepts for these ten pages, the final design versions, and their complete implementation in Webflow. The project was structured in two phases and six sprints. Phase 1 focused on design concepts and finalization, while Phase 2 concentrated on Webflow development and implementation.

In addition to the core website work, Fram Creative also provided general website support and redesigned a PowerPoint presentation. The project involved continuous collaboration, feedback incorporation, and addressing various technical and content-related aspects to ensure a functional and visually appealing website and presentation.

Hence, we have decided to hire Fram Creative to redesign our website in a way that would fit our purpose: display our work, provide space for knowledge products, give accurate overview of our work

We went through a competitive procedure / small tender for this project. Selected bidder matched our expectation on costs / previous work / creative and responsive approach

We had set up a weekly meetings for a course of 3 month to work on every detail of the website. Team from Fram Creative was provided requested chnages and proposed new layout.

In total, we have worked with 6 people, 2 from design, 2 from development team and a project manager together with the CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have more aesthetically pleasing interface and can navigate at the backend of the website much easier and more independent

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very easy to communicate and the team was responsive for every request.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate their patience and quite good research on our work, which enable to prepare already draft version of the new design in a way that reflected our work in accurate manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things can be always improved, thus, we are not ending our collaboration with the company and decided to have more or less permanent contract in order to secure smooth run of the website.
