I hired Foursets for designing custom UI kits keeping in mind to serve our upcoming customers within reusing pre-made templates as Zeus UI kit consists of.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them on LinkedIn when I was looking for a vendor for my future design system. After that, I noticed that they have relevant to my project experience with design systems and UI kits because they make Webflow templates from scratch. I decided that they can help us.

Our scope wasn't massive. Together we made some short market research and competitors analysis and define the scope of work. Then we started to make design from scratch in Figma. It took about 4 months part-time work. And after that we finished the design part with a great result. Right now we are working on the v2 of this product.

There was a sales manager when we met. During the main phase, I worked with the product designer Nick.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is so early to measure the results because this design system will be on sale for years until it's become not relevant for the market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As I said before I worked in pairs only with the designer and that's why it was easy to track our progress. We worked harmoniously using YouTrack as a project management tool and Telegram for communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like their deep-dive approach. They always asked me about my business and customers. They were proactive which I like. The sales manager was on the pulse of our project but it wasn't needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They can improve their service by doing SEO and other marketing services. Because I wanted to continue working with them on the marketing of my project. But they weren't available for that.

I and my partner had an idea of a product and its functionality but we had zero experience and knowledge in product design. We needed UI mockups, dynamic prototypes, and consulting in UX.

I was looking for someone on LinkedIn and found Foursets. Looking at their portfolio and asking for an initial design as a test drive we decided to work with them long-term since we liked their price/quality ratio. Their communication was amazing, and they were much faster than we expected

The project is a web application for marketing reporting. We connect to third-party APIs and pull marketing data into beautiful dashboards. In the beginning, we had an idea that we needed to convert into design first. We first connected with Foursets, outlined our idea, and asked if they think they'll be able to create a user-friendly UI.

After initial designs, we realized that we loved both speed, price, and actual designs that Foursets provided. We decided to proceed and started to have weekly meetings to track the progress and discuss business requirements.

Foursets also worked on our public website. They fully designed it and provided consulting in no-code website development with Webflow. Foursets was very professional and helped us identify many product pain points and refine our initial idea.

We're still in the progress of going live. Our website will be available this July 2022. The website will be on marketmalinois.com and the web application will be on app.marketmalinois.com

The workflow was good, and we had no problems communicating and closing issues on time.

The designer was very thorough and professional. He did a great design and helped us identify any product/business issues we had.

We’ve successfully launched our new website. In the future, we expect an increase in our inbound marketing, with a 50% increase in qualified leads.

Foursets’s project management is great. They deliver on time and respond well to our needs. The team has also adjusted to our last-minute changes incredibly. We communicate via virtual meetings and Slack.

Foursets’s white glove service is impressive, as is their organization. The team keeps us informed at all times about the progress in terms of hitting our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. There’s always room for improvement, so I’d add a checklist to the proposal to rely on the first estimation and track changes along the way for reporting in terms of investors and the board.
