Forty4 Design helped us with our branding by changing the colors of our logo and creating a website that flowed and was user-friendly. The team ensured our site looked and felt just like the top brands we work with.

Forty4 Design was a referral from a great friend of mine that I've known for a long time. I've seen the quality of work they've done for others, and they have an eye for design. Everything I've seen them create has me interested in using them.

How much have you invested with them?

I'm unsure of the amount, but Forty4 Design worked with me on the budget based on what I really needed. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2024–February 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Forty4 Design provided timelines, and we monitored them as the project moved. We received great customer feedback about the website.

Forty4 Design delivered on time and always made sure to be transparent. We communicated via emails and online meetings, plus we had one in-person tour of our offices.

Forty4 provided a completely new website for us as well as activeley managing our SEO and Google Ads campaigns.

Continue to see an increase in new customers finding us online through google and even ChatGPT recommendations.  120 new leads that have been converted to paying customers since our wesbite launched 12months ago.  Revenue from these customers have outpaced the cost in ad spend, providing a 20% net return.

Great listeners!!  We are very particular with our expecations of how we are represented online.  They managed to find the balance of representing us accurately as well as achieveing our goals of increasing our online and SEO presence. Forty4 is our ideal partner.

We needed to put our employment application online, so we decided to look for a company that could rebuild and redesign our website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Forty4 Design to redesign and redevelop our website from scratch. We gave them our idea, and they handled everything for us. The site allows applicants to fill out an application form online, submit all the required information, and go from there.

We’ve worked with three people from Forty4 Design.

Forty4 Design was recommended to us by the Hutto Chamber of Commerce.

We’ve spent around $7,000 so far.

We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve only been up and running since September of this year, so we don’t have any metrics yet. However, I’ve received positive feedback on the site’s excellent design and performance.

Forty4 Design has performed well in terms of project management. They constantly keep us in the loop, and they deliver on time and within budget. We use Trello for project management, and we typically communicate through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings.

I am the office manager and I oversee all marketing and promotion at Arbor Car Wash - a locally owned family business in the greater Austin area.

We hired Forty4 Design to create a new website, because our website was really out of date. Our goal was to get a website that was to get a good looking website that was user friendly.

How did you select Forty4 Design and what were the deciding factors?

I saw Forty4 Design's work and loved working with Felix. We are a local small business, so we really love when we can work with other local small businesses.

Work included creating a brand new website from scratch with wordpress. Felix helped bring my ideas to life with great organization of our services and locations.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Traffic to our website increased, better wording for the SCO made our website more searchable.

Felix used Trello to keep me up to date on what we had finished and what still needed to be finished. I also received regular emails and texts to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by the finished product we were delivered and Felix's swift communication. Having a good looking, easy to navigate website is so important to all businesses, so I am very thankful for choosing Forty4 Design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When our website first launched there were a few changes I wanted to implement, but Felix was quick to make those changes for me.

I’m the co-owner of an e-commerce business that prints and sells shelving paper for kitchens, bathrooms, and more.

What challenges were you trying to address with Forty4 Design?

We hired them to build our website, and host and manage it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our website using WooCommerce. We gave them photos or our inventory, and they put everything together. Customers can select from multiple sizes for their paper, or put in their own custom measurements. It’s also integrated with PayPal and our shipping system. 

They’re also doing some digital marketing for us. For example, they’re running Google Ads and other social media ads. They’re also engaging with our customers through our social media platforms. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with Felix (Founding Designer) and two other team members that helped with development. 

How did you come to work with Forty4 Design?

I did a Google search for web designers. Felix contacted me, and he was the most affordable option. 

How much have you invested in them? 

We’ve spent between $10,000–$50,000 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is very user-friendly. A lot of our customer base is older, so they’re not always the most technologically savvy. However, Forty4 Design made sure that the website was easy to navigate. 

Our business has been gradually increasing since we started working with them. They send us regular reports on how our ads are performing. We’ve seen an increase in leads from digital marketing. 

How did Forty4 Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been great. Their team is always willing to answer any questions, and they’ll even do additional research to help us out. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They make you feel like they care. It’s nice that they’re willing to learn about our business so they can better help us. They take pride in their work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could improve. I don’t have any complaints, they’re one of the easiest vendors I've worked with.

It’s best to communicate via email so they can have everything in writing. 

They really listen to what you want, but will also provide feedback based on their experience.

Our feedback has been overall positive. Clients and prospects have noted how modern and up to date our site looks. It certainly compares to other companies in our industry.

How did Forty4 Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They kept us in the loop of everything that was going on. All in all, we had great communication. They were very prompt in answering any questions we had about project status or alterations.

Their adaptability and responsiveness stood out the most.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they could outline what is and isn’t included in the scope of work. I didn’t know that any changes would be a separate project with a separate bill because they weren’t part of the initial scope.

No, they do a good job of hand-holding throughout the process.

I am the owner of the garage door company that offer high quality parts and service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Forty4 Design, and what were your goals?

We had a website but it was a simple online business card. Felix and Forty4Designs completely changed that and made our website truly our own. I wanted people to know what we stand for when they look up our company and our new site says that and more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After meeting with Felix to see if this was the vendor we wanted to use, it was a clear choice. Honest, upfront and resourceful.

It took a while to finalize but every step was crucial for the final result. At first we went over ideas and concepts that would maximize my vision. Content came afterwards and little by little the team began to work their magic. With every step, the team communicated their goals and made changes without hesitation for the better of the goal. Countless hours behind the scenes made this happen.

Im sure more than 3 people worked on this but I only had the pleasure of meeting 3. The developer, the project manager, the designer.

Clients love the new site and I’m constantly being told how much they gained trust in us by simply browsing our site.

Everything was always shared. Documents, calendars, agendas, etc. Very professional

The website is easy to add or remove content. Any changes requested are typically addressed in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After our first launch we had a couple of incidents with a video slowing the page down, but it was caught pretty fast. That was my area I though could be improved and they fixed it right away.
