We needed help with our platform's web services for a seamless online service.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fortran House provided remote web app design and development for us. The team took care of creating our platform's backend and management dashboard.

We started the process with an initial phone call to let them know and give them a rough sketch of what I wanted. After that, they went back to the drawing board and made a prototype of the product for me. Based on that prototype, they started working on the platform's backend and making changes until reaching the final version.

Regarding the platform's features, the site web app allows users to create anonymous profiles.

What was the team composition? 

We only worked with George (CEO) from Fortran House's team.

How did you come to work with Fortran House?

Someone referred Fortran House to me, and I used Google to check them out.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2020–December 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Fortran House’s work resulted in an increase of leads to almost 20,000. The team’s work met our expectations and made the changes I asked for them to ensure the project’s progress.

How did Fortran House perform from a project management standpoint?

Fortran House finished the work on time or before and communicated well with me. Regarding tools, we used Slack, Google Meet, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fortran House had fast internet, and they finished every task quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there was anything that Fortran House could improve on. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have dealings with them and they provide you with a quote, pay them the amount quickly and make sure you let them know what you want. Once you pay them, you have the authority to tell them what you want.

The project started in March 2021, and it took them a couple of weeks to complete it.

I liked the website; it was quite easy and friendly to navigate. They delivered everything sooner than I expected, which was very impressive.

We hired fortran house to build a website for the business because we wanted to develop a better online presence and increase our clientele.

We selected them based on referrals, adequate skills, quality customer experience and professionalism.

It was a full website development project. It was developed on WordPress. We had an initial meeting where we discussed my requirements and the rest was done on phone and via email and WhatsApp. Key deliverables included a platform where clients can book for their makeups and content to be easily managed.

We had just 2 people work with us. A graphics designer and a Web developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we got more visitors and calls and our leads increased also. It definitely expanded our reach on the internet

The project was managed using an agile like method. Changes and reviews were done on the go. We communicated via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. The job was done is 3 days

Quality customer service, attention to details and swift delivery.

Nothing

We began working together in late 2018, and it’s ongoing.

The quality of their work is amazing. The website does a good job, representing our company well, and in a good light.

I was surprised at how well they did at managing the project. They're available and responsive. They helped us meet our goals and worked hard to turn our ideas into reality. They exceeded my expectations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are professional and tolerant. I can be a perfectionist, but they were patient through all my ideas and changes throughout the project.

Be open to collaboration, and trust them to be the professionals they are. Don’t be afraid to voice your opinion, they will listen.

An interactive and easy to use platform for the regular average human.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected them for thier impressive resume and I loved the jobs they had accomplished.

They built the website, training of staff on familiarity with the back end as well as promoting the site to the public that helped us a lot with the traction we needed to kick off.

They had about seven (7) individuals on the job and I was really impressed with the outcome.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Like I mentioned earlier, they promoted the site and created our social media handles. This enabled us to start recording sales even during the trial period run.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team was always hands on and present. It felt more like we were all in it together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I loved that they had no issues with making changes we requested even at the last minute. I think they worked round the clock to make this a reality.

We needed a corporate website to reflect our goals and ambition, to embrace a wider corporate society and at the wake of the COVID-19 breakout we needed an e-comerce site which was capture very well, we worked together through the development process.

The site was delivered in timely fashion and I'm not sure what technologies we used in this case.

Since the site development our marketing strategy has been geared towards online activities to reduce any hassle a physical contact can bring. Also, we have been able to satisfy a wider audience.
