The team at Forthpro IT Solution provided excellent support throughout every phase of the project, ensuring that the requirements were met. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they kept us regularly updated to ensure that we were satisfied with the progress of the project.

We were also impressed with the response time of the Forthpro IT Solution team. They responded quickly to our requests and assisted us in resolving any issues that arose during the project. Some stages took longer than expected or announced, but I attribute that to the scope and various requests for changes and extensions.

What impressed us the most was the patience that was shown to us, since in the course of development many new, unexpected aspects revealed themselves, which led to changes and/or extensions that we hadn't even considered or had on the screen at the beginning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, of course, they could/should ask many more questions about the project right from the start, including those that may be uncomfortable or that the client may not have thought of at all. It is important to understand the project exactly as the customer sees it or wishes to avoid any weak points in the project in the initial phase in order to avoid unnecessary delays.

One of the decisive factors was the price-performance ratio. In Germany, this work would have required a lot more investment. The initial communication was professional and convincing.

First, the design was a milestone, followed by the individual functions and their usability. The milestone bar includes uploading to the stores.

Communication in optimization was difficult towards the end, as we translate from German into English and there were some language barriers that in my opinion led to a delay.

In principle, I welcome having only one contact person. This saves a lot of work. The contact was always available and tried to find an acceptable compromise for every request.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For future projects, I would like the scope to be defined and communicated more clearly so that there are no discrepancies. Especially for people who want to implement something but do not know the technical framework, it is difficult to empathize with the team of developers.

Status reports on each stage of the project could have been helpful so that we could limit any misunderstandings.

First of all, it was important to have someone who can speak German. and the developing cost was in a tiered system. it was always paid according to performance phases

In the beginning, I had to create a document that contained all the desired functions, and then an offer came. If you accepted the offer, then you had to sign the contracts. sign and then we started with the design. There were a few suggestions and at some point the design was final. Then the development continued until the first version was available. Then confirmation of the app and then test phase and then support.

I can't say much about the support yet, since the support is still running and the app has only been out for a short time. After every small step you had to pay the bills step by step.
