We’re in the coupon space, so we needed something fast, efficient, and a bit different from the usual. When we brought the idea to Fortheye, they really got what we were aiming for. Not only did they come up with a unique concept that stood out, but they also managed to deliver it within a tight deadline—without cutting corners. The performance of the product has been solid from day one, and we’ve been genuinely impressed with how smooth everything runs. Working with them felt more like having a tech partner than just a vendor.

Within the first few weeks of launch, we saw a 40% increase in user engagement compared to our previous platform. Are there any areas for improvement or something Fortheye could have done differently?

One small area for improvement could be increasing the frequency of proactive updates during slower project phases. While the communication was always clear and responsive, getting a quick check-in even when things are running smoothly would help maintain even better alignment. That said, they were always open to feedback and quick to adapt when asked.

We were having lot of issues to manage our International and national leads, after this development with fortheye, now with these products it made our work too easy. I can definitely say that these guys have done a phenomenal job and save our time. Kudos for that.

So there are two things in this process

1. these have a service called JIRA if I'm not wrong that they use to track all progress, and their project managers are always there for help and i can there is any change in flow so if that's feasible they do it with smile.

For me, it was my first experience working with them and their behaviour was so nice. I thing they are doing well and they are perfectly sized.
